Hey everyone!

I finally received MR and RPRF request from CPC-O!!
;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
Thank God!

Just a small question: Am I supposed to send the RPRF receipt through mail or e-mail, as it was not clear.

Congrats and God Bless!

You can email a copy of your receipt!

To which email address?
Because I saw some people sent it to a different e-mail: Cost recovery@...

The e-mail I received from them states:
Please submit the requested documents or fees to the following address:

Attention: Program assistant - MSxxxx – CPP-O

Case Processing Centre - Ottawa

219 Laurier Avenue West

7th Floor, Section B

Ottawa, Ontario K1A 1L1

Another topic to give hope to all of us, since I got PER, I have started applying to a few jobs, I have been very selective and have tried to find job openings that matched my experience and background, I have also been honest and told about the current status of my application being only at initial per, which I assume should be enough to turn away many of the hiring managers, but to my surprise I have had a couple of skype interviews, one of them they really sounded interested in making me an offer, they mentioned about exploring TFWP option as a bridge until PR (if gods grace gives me a happy ending in the process), or in the other hand if they lawyers recommendation was to stay away from TFWP, making me the offer with a start date of summer 2015.

Hope that nobody takes this as bragging, believe me is not my intention, but to give hope that being persistent and having a plan could make transition much more easier, I'll update the forum as this progress.

Cheers!

Oh well done!! what's your NOC/field?

HI ALL,

Can you give any comment on my inquiries with CIC agent?

I called CIC to retrieve my UCI number for my applications:
1. NOC 2173 received on Aug 22
2. NOC 2133 received on Sep 04

However, they cannot find my 2173 application. I think my UCI is noted on 2133 package so the nice guy just gave me the number.
I then checked the number on ECAS and of course no info was displayed.

Questions:
1. My 2173 is yet to be charged, so does it mean that my package got returned since they cannot find my package?
2. I have UCI number on 2133 package. Is it a hint to completeness check?

Thank You

That is quite hopeful! Many thanks for sharing this, +1!

TO:

CPPO-Cost-Recovery @ cic.gc.ca

OR

CPCO-Cost-recovery.CTDO-Recouvrement-frais @ cic.gc.ca

You should include the following in your email:
1 Surname (last name)– Exactly as it appears on the passport or identity document
2. Given name(s) (first name)– Exactly as it appears on the passport or identity document
3. Date of birth (YYYY-MM-DD)
4. Unique Client Identifier (UCI) number / Client ID number OR your Application #
5. Type of application (FSW)

------------------------------------------

But since you were given a specific direction, I'd follow it

But that's not mentioned in my e-mail.

I'd just do what it says in your email - just it case!

On mine, I was given specific direction to email it there.

Dear Maverick,

Under the SGVO maximum applicants are Bangladeshi. And these Bangladeshi people are very much lazy in updating or atleast communicating. That's why you see only a handful of pages of All Bangladeshi applicants forum. I don't what is their problem. Once they get a good news they are done. I hope they come out from this and be enthusiastic about the forum & SS. Specially about SGVO. We really need to know what's going on at SGVO. And I really hope ASHIF_EEE bhai & CENTURY bhai can come up with something about it. Atleast to e-mail them or something.

Sister Raisa :'( that was below the belt! Aashif Bhai is from Bangladesh too - LOL But he's not "lazy"! I think you are right, they see PER & take rest :P :P it's voluntary after all... Please update the sheet vaia's!!

Regards,
Rick

Can you tell me to which number you had called and how you were able to get the UCI. I called to 613 9444 000 and the agent said she can't look up my application and I have to wait to receive official communication from Sydney office.

Dear Seniors / Experts,

I have a question.

I received MR and RPRF earlier this month. My visa office is NVDO and Currently I am in out of country.

Today i got my medicals completed and the doctor told me he will immediately send the results online.

My question is

1) How long does Visa Office take to update the status online so that my third line shows "we have received your medicals"?

2) I was planning to pay my fees (RPRF) once I get the confirm the visa office has received the medicals. Is this the right strategy? Or should I anyhow pay the fees irrespective of whether the status is updates. I have three more weeks by the way to respond.

Thanks in advance!!
