According to CIC website, your relative falls into '' a child of a grandparent (aunt or uncle)", therefore, you must provide copies of the following to proof your relationship:
- your BC
- your father's BC which shows his parents' names
- your relative's BC which shows his parents'names

and BCs of your relative and your father should show they have at least one common parent.

Have you fulfilled these criteria?

the lead statement of category 4011 that teach graduate and undergraduate students is covered in my experience certificate. but the responsiblities regarding research is not fullfilled. my application is received on 30th october 2014. do i have any chance to make it .plz answer me. only 4 out of 9 responsiblities is given in my experience letter. anyone who has faced same problem plz contact me

Canada migration will be easier and quicker from 2015 onwards as the Express Entry is being launched.
A few points to note:

• No occupation list. Everyone can apply as long as they meet the pass points
• Applications will be in a pool for 12 months and highest scoring applicants will selected from that pool
• Every 2 weeks CIC will select applicants from pool based on points.
• Couple will get more points due to spouse ability.
• Those selected will be invited to apply for Immigration and their case will be processed in 6 months
• Those with a job offer will score extra points
• Allocation for Federal Skilled Workers for fiscal year 2015-16 is expected to be 51000
Economic immigration, which is based on an individual's skills and experience, presents an opportunity for foreign workers and their families to migrate to Canada through a variety of programs. Of the immigrants to be selected for permanent residence in Canada in 2015, between 169,000 and 185,200 are expected to be economic immigrants.
Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) estimates that around 51,000 federal skilled workers will be selected in 2015.

Dear Zizaheer,

It happened because suddenly out of the blue CIC started charging for NOC 2171 & 2173 for the last few days. And you can see the cap for 2173 has been reached. Now i think CIC is back on track to charge & to send PER to other NOCs.

latest CC charge as per forum updates is 01.08.14 of sunil_k_gupta NOC 1212

1. What is format of the photos which is to be carried for medicals

I am 2173 Oct12th applicant. So as cap reached.

1) Is there any hope still that my CC get en-cached?
2) If not, will my packet will be returned?
3) Will i be considered for FSW'15 without sending new app?
4) what else can i do?

Unfortunately Oct applications look impossible to get cleared. There is a ray of hope though as the huge jump CIC has taken for this NOC from 699 to 1000 (CAP full) might have considered all applications for 2173 upto Nov. No body knows.
Your packet will be returned if not in CAP. You will have to apply for Express entry 15. FSW15 does not exist as of now.

Dear Strangersr,

You have to submit you father and your uncle's birth certificates where it will show that they have the same parents. then you have to submit proof of residence. CIC has explained everything crystal clear in the DOCUMENT CHECKLIST. Check the document checklist(SERIAL NO.14) thoroughly. You don't need to submit huge amount of documents. Just do accordingly what CIC has asked for.
