I got PER 3 days ago. But now i realized that i have filled my VO as Nova Scotia but i should have written London VO. What should i do now? Will they send the application to London or it will be rejected?

They will send it to your nearest VO. In your case London, if you are from UK or associated area.

whats the risk if I resend my application with another NOC? My previous application was received on Sep 24 for noc 2173, and now it is already capped. So i m going to apply under noc 2241 --- communication technologist. look good or not? please advise.

Zero risk provided that your experiences are true and within last 10 years.

Ohhh horrible day today. I am 07 August NOC 2173 DD applicant. DD not encashed yet. What should I expect from this ?

I think you might be in CAP. Its just that some applications are getting charged prior to others.

Dear Friends,

I received the police certificate from home country for me and my wife recently. Would I send this police certificates NOW to the CPC- Ottawa address that they mentioned in their email along with right of permanent residency fees receipts and other documents? OR would I wait until I received FBI police certificate then send all documents together to CPC- Ottawa address ?

Any advises are appreciated.

Reduce communication with VO to minimum. Once you have all the docs - send them in bulk.

Are you sure the job duties match in the new NOC as well ? Do you have experience of more than 1 year in the new NOC ? If yes ok, else pls do not even think.

I have been working in a telecommunication company for 9 years as a software engineer, thats the main reason why I submitted my previous application under 2173, and because I was developing/designing telecommunication equipments, for example, WCDMA, CDMA, LTE, WIFI... all these equipments are related to wireless system. I believe that I am a qualified communication technologist.
Any suggestion?

main duties for 2241 show as below:
1.Design, develop and test power equipment and systems, industrial process control systems, telecommunication, broadcast, recording and audiovisual systems, micro-electronic systems and circuits, computers, computer systems and networks, and computer software
2.Supervise the building and testing of prototypes according to general instructions and established standards
3.Conduct or supervise the installation, commissioning, and operation of electrical and electronic equipment and systems other than aircraft electronics or instruments
4.Carry out applied research in fields of electrical and electronic engineering and physics under the direction of scientists or engineers
5.Set up and operate specialized and standard test equipment to diagnose, test and analyze the performance of electrical and electronic components, assemblies and systems
6.Write specifications, schedules and technical reports and control schedules and budgets.

well most of the files for university lecturer 'ld be returned...the only thing they are accepting is the lecturers who had 4 years of bachelor's degree and a masters degree of 2 years....due to this factor....most of the applicants 'ld only have a 3 years bachelor's degree which 'ld lead to disqualify ....so i think if ur husband has 4 years bachelor's degree with 18 years of education till masters' degree...he'ld qualify for sure...
best of wishes

Ideally better to send docs together for MR, RPRF and PCC request.

If job duties match you should be fine to go. But to make sure, pls get this checked from some expert in your field.
