I sent birth certificate in english but forgot to send same with native lang. will this be an issue?

by "in english" you mean translation or the officially english one? if you have provided a translation only you should have also submitted the original one which is in native language/any other language

Have some query for you . Request you all to please help...

I want to send a case Specific Enquiry to NDVO ( Informing them about Dependent Visa of my Wife of UAE as she came here in June 2014) Please note: I have sent my MR PCC & RPRF docs

My Question:

Will they reply on the Email they have in their records ( which is my consultant's email ID) or they will reply to the email which I mention in Case specific enquiry.

Actually my consultant says there is no need to submit any documents regarding this.

No this will not be an issue , English is enough, If your birth certificate is in native language you should have to send original translation certificate in English to CIC.
In your case, you are perfectly safe.

I don't think any of the symptoms CIC is looking for can be reduced by medication and even if u do, it will be misrepresentation. The precautions, i have mentioned are the ones recommended by doctors once results of first test are not satisfactory. The whole purpose of explaining these precautions here is to avoid extra burden of medical tests (for some of us (living outside India an Pak), these tests are very costly).

IN ANY CASE I WOULD SUGGEST YOU TO AVOID ANYTHING THAT CAN BE CONSTRUED MISREPRESENTATION, even if ur intention is not that of misrepresentation but to avoid complexity and delays.

I was wondering if its worth taking the x-ray and blood test to see if we have any problems and if yes, may be we can get it reduced with medications before the actual MR

The issue is, in medical forms my wife's name is not updated as per the re-issued passport.
I sent our re-issued passports more than a month ago to them via case specific inquiry as well as sent them a courier in a hard copy as well. :-[ :-[

For now, I have responded to their email for asking another new medical form with updated name for my spouse attaching old & new passports.

Within how much time I can expect updated medical form from them?

Expect you application back by Dec 2014 or Jan 2015.

I have a question...
I sent my docs to CIC and I wanna know that if my docs want to be reject, will CIO inform me by email automatically ?!
I mean that after 120 days of sending my docs, If I gotten rejected, will they inform me by email automatically or not?!

It depends whether or not they've charged you. If your docs reviewed on the completeness check stage as not completed they wont inform you by an email and you will receive your file back via snail mail with a cover letter explaining the situation. In the case they've already charged you and find you don't get 67 points: they will keep your docs and sent you a NER email which is quite rare.

I am also august 25th applicant for NOC2173, Unfortunately we all are out of the race, Because there was no further application changed after the NOC2174 got capped, Seems 2173 has reached cap1000 by 12th august applicant ,

My mother's name is different in some docs (same in passport and BC) and (same in 10th 12th and LC).
Is it okay if I, as her daughter made an affidavit about the same... That both the names belongs to one person . OR It's like the only one way that she has to do this affidavit?

Regarding EE you can submit from JAN 2015, but there is no official information regarding the forms. upto my knowledge EE based on points system so ( i.e you will be placed in pool, higher points candidate will be in first of the pool ) employers will pick according to their requirement.
Second you can't use other than IELTS and WES report (if its valid)
