To my understanding all applicants for NOC 2173 till 15 sep at least should be within cap. Reason, 15 days back CIC checked apps till aug end. I am sure by now they would have processed 15 more day. I am quite confident that all apps till 15 sep for noc 2173 should be in cap.

+1 Yesterday night I checked but till then no update. Possibly it has been updated late night.

Also total remained same 8,101 though previously it should be 8196 and now it should be 8497.

I can't say whether u will fall into cap or not. But u should immediately contact ur area's postman if ur application is returned by the CIC. I was 25th Aug applicant, got my file back on 8th Nov, 2013, CIC dispatched date was 29th Oct, 2014. I did the same as i am telling you. It helped me a lot, may be helpful for u also.

Hi, what your payment mode ? CC/DD ?
I guess your NOC is not 2173, hence it is little diff from the guy asking question.

However best of luck to you for Express entry in 2015

Just take the medications, protect your self from the cold weather, replace cold drinks with warm water and hot beverages, and you will be just fine.

If you feel that the antibiotics are not helping in a few days (I would say, 3 days), you consult your own physician, he can run a culture and give infection-specific antibiotics.

Finally got the golden message from my bank for Fee encashment, my details are as follows

Application received: July 31, 2014
Fee encashed: November 13, 2014
NOC: 4011

The radiologist at Lilavati Hosp gave me the x-ray and suggest me to show it to my personal doc and get him to prescibe me medicines. I later went to my own doctor and he prescribed me a week's medicines. Planning to then get an x-ray done with my personal doc before going to Lilavati for an x-ray again.

Anyone else on here who has faced a similar issue?

VO is interested in finding signs of TB in x-ray. There may be some sign of bronchitis or some other infection in your chest which can make x-ray unclear because you are only advised to take medicine for only seven days. In my opinion tb cannot be cured in seven days so they are not doubting tb in your xray so relax everything will be ok.

Radiation is hazardous. It is advised to use xray just once a year.
