Hi seniors,
Plz advise me.....
I got my PER on 3rd November and, in that mail they wrote wrong pin code of my city.
How can I inform to my LVO that is NDVO about the mailing address mistake.
Also I renewed my passport with spouse after sent to CIC, I already send mail and email my new renewed passport to CIC, but still waiting for
reply to get information, whether they have attached or not.
Can I start process for PCC with new PP before getting request from them?
How to do case specific inquiry to NDVO (if email id is there? ..... plz let me know)

Dear vind,

I was finally able to give you +1 as a small but necessary token of appreciation for a job well done on the forum.

Namaste,

I disagree, while sending the application your PCC cannot be older than 3 months.

Yes. PCC is valid only for a year.

It's true at CIO stage. At VO stage they accept PCC with 1 year validity.
Moreover, if you never returned to a country and have expired PCC for it that covers the entire period of your staying there they will still acknowledge it (several cases in the thread observed).

The most recent charge for 2173 was August 12th, per the SS.

So I'd say it is iffy. Yesterday I was certain you were in the CAP, I'm not so sure anymore.

Can you send another application for the NOC 2172?

I heard some 26th Aug 2173 was charged yesterday, not able to verify though.

Hi, I have a query. Is the application counted into the cap after completeness check and before getting charged?

I am an Aug 19th applicant for NOC 2173 and my mode of payment was a certified cheque from Canada which means immediate encashing.

Just wondering if I would have made into the cap as some of the posts say all August applicants under NOC 2173 have fallen into the cap..

Thanks!

Yes the count is based on the completed application and before charging, your chances are quite likely to be in the Cap. Pray hard

Good Luck

But what if we received that country's pcc and we never visited that country again?? ???
