Last I night I called to CIC to enquiry about my application and she said she couldnt find any record on my name....so I think i am screwed...

By the way...what additional document was requested??

my husbands' doc. i didnt include it bec i was separated. i thought the visa office will accept my affidavit of separation. unfortunately, they did not. they will only accept it if the separation doc is with court order or from annulment. now i have to pass those docs with 30 days.

Unless it is returned because NOC reached cap, but rejected during completeness check - it is always assigned a UCI.

Even if the application is returned because of NOC cap, UCI is assigned. I got my UCI last year along with application returned due to cap.

guys, do i need to notarized my supervisor's reference letter? He will provide me with a letter by himself not using the company letterhead. He will provide a business card and company i.d.

Even if the application is returned because of NOC cap, UCI is assigned. I got my UCI last year along with application returned due to cap.

Yeah, well that's CIO, everything can happen, lol. ;D
Normally, if your NOC is indicated on the envelope, they won't open it because of NOC reaching cap, but send it back. I immagine your UCI was mentioned on the file itself, so they must have opened your app for some reason.

There is nothing as such mentioned on the DD, but was wondering about its validity. If it is 3 months, my case is just gone.

I am 18-Aug, DD, NOC-2173.
