Even if the application is returned because of NOC cap, UCI is assigned. I got my UCI last year along with application returned due to cap.

Even if it is rejected due to completeness check we will get UCI number ?

I have a doubt on PCC. I stayed in UK for a year. I have applied PCC last year for applying to SA visa, but unfortuantely I didnt apply. So I already have UK PCC.
But my question is, It is more than year old, so should i need to apply for new PCC?

My friend's app got rejected :July 29th applicant, NOC 2173;
Reason : Insufficient evidence that Job duties match with NOC 2173. His job duties are descriptive and we found them matching.

Consultant (based out of Canada); Letter is dated Oct 20, My friend called him yesterday to inquire about the status and he informed it had been rejected. He forwarded him the covering letter yesterday and he said he received it previous day. Application failed at completeness check, wasn't he supposed to get UCI? I doubt that consultant never sent the documents and manipulated the letter. How to make sure that the letter is authentic?

1st application - noc 2132 (no update from cic till date)
2nd application - noc 2232 (preparing my documents now)

Would this be possible as my job duties fall on the same noc?

PCC must be less then 3 months old to send to the CIO.

Yes. PCC is valid only for a year.

Hi Guys!

A couple of hours back I received the golden PER email.
I was one of the last applicants of 14th July to be charged.

I was really worried but I finally got the good news.

Below are details:

NOC 0113
App rec: 14th July
CC: 29th October
PER: 12th November

Two things. First, if the application was rejected at the completeness check stage then the entire application package should be back. Your friend should ask the consultant to return him his application package. The UCI number would be written in the application forms. Second, the rejection letter sent by CIC is very generic. So if you can post the letter here, it would be easy to tell if it is really from CIC.

I have completed 93 days of my application being sent to CIC. Eagerly waiting for an update soon.Heard they are taking approx 105 days minimum for the PER mail.I applied under the NOC 1123.Has anyone under the same NOC received any PER lately?Good luck to all.
