If you can successfully demonstrate your experience as an agent, yes, it counts.

If you were not employed of the organization you should fetch reference letters from your previous clients and the company that had you as an agent, as well as payments.

so if i write self calculated points as more than what they think it is... will that create problem?

since the application will not be checked for comleteness in december wil it be considered for fswp or express entry

Is there any chance for mid sept for 2173?

The most recent charge for 2173 was August 12th, per the SS.

So I'd say it is iffy. Yesterday I was certain you were in the CAP, I'm not so sure anymore.

Can you send another application for the NOC 2172?

Manual update in a developed country for an international affair like migration, and in an computerized app, is just not sinking in my head....this is really awful.

You are a Software Engineer, so you now everything you do is expensive .

They are spending a lot of cash to build the EE, which will be completely computerized. So I guess they don't want to spend another dime on this very old website.

(and yes, I know this could have been done 15 years ago... anyway...)

we cant predict anything... may be till OCT Mid,,i think they counted all the applications just in 3 days, at least they have warned to the guys who wanted to send now..so the last document must be the one reached on oct 17th...(which is mine :-[)... a small hope ..

Last I night I called to CIC to enquiry about my application and she said she couldnt find any record on my name....so I think i am screwed...

If you need the points, you should fetch the letters and every other evidence you can gather to show that you really were an agent. Don't hesitate to add supporting documents. If you don't provide enough evidence, your points will be discarded and you may not be eligible if it doesn't add to 67 points.

If it arrives at the CIO before december 31st, it will be treated as a FSW Application. (Actually, if there are no new Ministerial Instructions until then, it may arrive up to April 31st 2015)

One of my friend got his application returned last week (2172 - Aug 21st).
It makes me believe that they've done completeness checks for sep applicants.
Reason - missing BC
He'll reapply soon, hopefully he'll make it easily as 2172 is cold NOC (134).

One quick question did he receive UCI number...want to cross check if returned applications are give UCI number?

A question -

My son's passport will expire next year in May. I will apply for new passport for him in coming days.. Just in case I am not able to notify the CIC about new Passport number before Medicals, Can I do it at any stage. What If the PPR is generated and VISA is issued on older passport. What will be the validity of VISA then and whether he will be able to travel.. I hope he will by carrying both the passports.

I had the similar situation. I renewed my daughter's passport via tatkal and send along with the MRR documents.

I would suggest you to send along with MR rather than doing it in later stages. If you apply your son's passport via tatkal, you will get in 2-3 days max (i got the next day on applying)

Unless it is returned because NOC reached cap, but rejected during completeness check - it is always assigned a UCI.
