Woke up few mins back and right away logged into my AMEX online statement. Realized that the available credit limit dropped by 1,100 CAD.

My CC has been finally charged !!! NOC 2171 31st July Applicant. The cc charging tension is finally over !

I would like to thank all the members who had given us hope .. especially Manish Bhai !!! God bless you !

Different point of view... completeness check is done not for exactly 1000. I guess there is a cushion...say of 20%. That also explains why there is an abrupt stop on cc charging for 2173 after 12th August. I think 2171 also is capped...there is no charge after 27th aug. It is like the train rapidly slowing down as it reaches the destination. At-best one or two days more may get covered.

2171 & 2173 applicants waiting for news, be ready to activate Plan B, C, D whatever...if yet to think of a plan, like me, pray for the miracle! All the best!

One of my friend got his application returned last week (2172 - Aug 21st).
It makes me believe that they've done completeness checks for sep applicants.
Reason - missing BC
He'll reapply soon, hopefully he'll make it easily as 2172 is cold NOC (134).

Dear I have one request, if possible ... **** Please update important & required information timeline under you Name in Profile, so that it can be easy for every one to understand and see details rather then to go and check in SS.

It is very Easy, Below are steps: Smiley
Just go to right top of Screen and you will find " PROFILE " tab, click over it.
Then - On the left middle of screen you will get 3 options : Under " Modify Profile " - please choose second option " Forum Profile Information " and click over it.

Then please enter your details , whatever applicable , like :

Location:
Category........:
Visa Office......:
NOC Code......:
App. Filed.......:
Doc's Request.:
Nomination.....:

And it will show under your name .... Please help each other to make it easy to check current timeline of individual.

Please share your app date / noc and particulars like when you sent the email and addendum details.

I believe that he received a generic email response from CSE for emails sent to them with few details. This is just a hunch.

Hi Forumites,

It seems the pace at which this thread is growing, most of the queries are not getting responses.

In a way its good to see the popularity of this thread but on the other side for some applicants its a worry for not getting responses.

At present I have 2 queries:

- I made the payment through CC even when I gave all the details (Name, Address, DOB, Postal Code), but on the receipt only my name & receipt # is reflecting. Kindly, confirm whether anyone in this forum had the similar experience.

- How the documents (MR, PP copy, Request Letter, RPRF receipt) were sent to NDVO: Normal Post, Registered Post, Speed Post, Courier or by hand.

Hope this time my query doesn't got lost.

I think there is still hope for September applicants of NOC 2171 because the forum member Optimist3 reported that he got his UCI number in a CIO reply to his previously sent e-mail.........
By the way does anyone know if returned files because of CAP got UCI number? If not, we can assume that allocating a UCI number for an application ensures its being in the CAP.

Last year one cap applicant I know got file back because of capping had UCI in pencil in the app...

That means that returned applications receive UCI number. Thanks for the clarification.

I logged in to On-line service with my UCI but could not find an option to update.
