Some times some cases are delayed.

Their was an updation by CIC few hours back, seems that NOC2173 is also got capped 1000.
I'm August 25th applicant for 2173, really very tensed and worried that,
Is my application out of the race or in the CAP?
Please guide

It seems like the predictions on the thread are correct and they are capping out the hot NOCs. How I wish this new style of theirs pays out and increase the processing time of the rest of the applicants.

Everything is documentation bro .... make sure you sign all places required and fill all the latest forms from cic . gc . ca most of all guide 7000 ( type fsw application package guide 7000 in google) is your bible. don't listen to anything what any consultant says which contradicts the guide 7000. and all the best for your application

I was so worried because I was not aware of my CC being charged but a few minutes back I spoke with my bank and it happened last Monday November 10th

There is still hope for you. They might have included your application in the cap especially since CIC has already done completeness check on most August applicants.

can any body tell me what does this mean?

We are unable to track applications received within the past 10 to 12 weeks. Please be advised that our office can make no guarantee that additional documentation submitted separate from the application will be matched to the application prior to the assessment or return of your application.
