Finally I heard from LVO, they have requested me to submit updated Schedule A form and send it to them via email.

1. Should I send them PDF or print the form, sign it and send the scanned copy. They haven't mentioned anything about signing the form.
2. I had a minor involuntary mistake in completion date of my Secondary Education, should I correct it in update form or leave it as it is.

Dear Ali,

Have you sent any update to them in between? have you got your MR ? I mean why they asked for updated Schedule A form ?

Admin please update my SS record.

Dear Seniors,

For claiming the points of Adaptability factor, you need to provide an evidence for the proof of residency. My uncle is really old enough. I'm only able to get his Health card issued form Ontario's health care system. His health card shows the Name of my uncle ( who is a Canadian citizen ) and his full address in Canada. Now I'm quite confused as the requirements for the proof of residency must include the name, address and must be less than six ( 6) months old from the date of your application submission.. I'm unable to get this last part regarding the less than six months old factor , as the health card's copy doesn't shows any such thing which says that it is less than six months or etc :/ ... As I only have the copy of his health card as a proof of residence.

What to do now ? Is it totally fine just to submit the health card for proving proof of residence which highlights the details described above. Whereas my cousin is taking care of my uncle and he is just able to provide this health card...Therefore, I will to find out the solution within this ... please help ... !!!

Proof of residency:

Provide evidence your listed relative physically resides in Canada. This may include copies of:

• lease agreements,
• the most recent Notice of Assessment from the Canada Revenue Agency,
• an employer's letter confirming employment,
• monthly bills, etc., (one page of each bill is sufficient),
• credit card invoices and bank statements.

Note: The evidence should show the relative's name and full address in Canada and must be less than six ( 6) months old from the date of your application submission.

Pretty much possible, no harm at all. If, unfortunately, application gets rejected, you can always claim your Right of landing fee. Hope it helps.

Thanks for you reply Optimist3. I guess we'll know if it works in a couple of weeks if I get my CC charged :o

Hi Guys,

My appliation was returned on sep 17 and applied on 2173.

Now I am applying on 2171 where the cap status is 177. Is it right time to apply for this.

Do we need to send PCC with application or not required as they will ask again by VO.

Please suggest

Thanks,
Vasu
