MOST URGENT Help

One of my file was returned in 2014, I kept a consultant that time. But due to his inefficiencies my file was returned. I applied second time on my own. Everything was going well but somehow my consultant changed my address from my original address to his address.

I have already received PER, I may receive Medical any anytime and ECAS is showing his address (previously showing mine). Please help to get rid of this.

2. Also my job responsibilities are as below:
Please confirm me whether it matches as per the CIC mentioned NOC. Let me know your views plzz...

 Interact with Client to identify and document requirements to conduct business applications study.
 Plan, design, develop and implement the business applications, providing advice on test strategies and security policies to be followed.
 Develop and implement the Policies and Procedures in the form of Test Plans throughout the Application development life cycle. These Test Plans are required to evaluate the performance to maximize the efficiency and quality of the software application.
 Develop testing contingency plans and procedures with the objective of minimizing the security risks and threats to customer application and data.
 The Test Scenarios & Cases are developed, implemented and executed both from front end and back-end to maximize the efficiency of the product developed or fixed.
 Co-ordinate with the development team to get the defects or bugs fixed, further re-test to maximize the effectiveness and overall quality of functionality to be delivered to client.
 Upload the Unit Test Plans and Functional Test Results in third party tool (HPQC/HRIS) as part of Quality Assurance Practices for further reviews and audit purposes.
 Prepare Estimates, Test Case Documents, Unit Test Plans & Results, maintain Checklists for Bug Fixes and Enhancements for tracking Quality of work.

I have also applied in 2171, looking at all the roles and responsibilities i can you fall into 2171 but again the decision is made by people at CIC so all we need to is wait and watch.

If you want to confirm the NOC you can send an email to noc-cnp @ workingincanada . gc . ca (remove the space) they will get back to you with there opinion but they do say that the last decision is with the officer who evaluates the documents.

About the October 16 i think its wait and watch game because as per the trend and completeness check the august apps are in the cap so it should continue till October end all the best hope for the best...

Guys i have a question, according to forum post currently august applications are being checked if someone whos application reached in july mid and his appliation is being rejected then he must have got his returned application by now? Right?

Returned applications are sent back by SNAIL mail which has no defined delivery timelines. It may reach back to applicant in 20 days to 2 months time or may take more time.

Beneath the address their is a link "contact us" for change the address. click it, it will open an email address where you can send the request to chane mailing address. make sure you include in your request to change address
1- Full name exactly as in your documents
2- UCI number
3- File number
4- Birth Date
5- Birth location

You send the update address to the local VO which has sent you the PER and they should update the same for further communication.
Generally as per CIC they would use the email ID for communication activities.

On the Same Note of DD en cashment i checked with HDFC bank bellandur and it is said that DD # ***759 has been en-cashed which has the receiver general for Canada as beneficiary so DD issues on 31 June has been en cashed. this information would be helpful for people who are in Bangalore and got a DD from HDFC.
Hope this helps somebody, if we have that person on forum can he please confirm which NOC and what date the app reached the CIC.

Wait for MR and stuff, and if you have not submitted PCC before then get it done. all the best.

Hi ... I too don't have Birth Certificate. So I used 1oth Certificate which has both parents' names and also submitted a self affidavit. My CC charged last week.

While filling the application , you should keep the name in travel document. So you can keep the one in passport. I suggest you to give 10th certificate and take affidavit from your parents and also mention why there is difference in your surnames in the affidavit.
