MOST URGENT Help

One of my file was returned in 2014, I kept a consultant that time. But due to his inefficiencies my file was returned. I applied second time on my own. Everything was going well but somehow my consultant changed my address from my original address to his address.

I have already received PER, I may receive Medical any anytime and ECAS is showing his address (previously showing mine). Please help to get rid of this.

You need to cancel your representative using form IMM 5476E. Otherwisee he can change it again

Thanks mate. So should I mention my previous name in the form where it asks that if you had any other name in the past?

Yes you need to mention any names you used in the past to be on the side or else you would be asked for further information on the same at later stage by the local VO.
So mention the different names used like some time we use initials and some times we expand the initials attach a affidavit of SAME NAME along with different documents for reference to confirm that differen names used are on these docs and all belong to same name.

The process remains the same no matter what state you are in ( atleast i think so and has been told so) go to PSK before that fill the form online and make the fee payment online reach the PSK (passport seva kendra) before 11 and you can directly walk in to the PSK without any appointment and if your passport is less than one year old you will the PCC then and there after the process.

Hello world....cant hold my horses though I have hold a little more...My application was received on 5th Aug (NOC: 1111) and it was submitted by consultant on my behalf. The mode of payment is DD. Last week I checked with bank and they said it is not encashed yet. Yesterday, I also tried calling corresponding bank in Canada but branches were not working (may be public holiday? remembrance day?). So I will try calling corresponding bank in Canada today.

So, should I call CIC call center to enquire about my file? I know this has been discussed many times, but it would be helpful to know what should I ask for (UCI#)? Will CIC disclose me information if I have represented through a lawyer?
