Hi Guys,

Has anyone applied through W W I C S in India?

Many Thanks

Hi Harry,

Plz don't consider them for any of your queries/issues.
They are the most shitty consultants ever seen. I applied through them last year and was out of race because of their bull shit processes. My file was just jumping between Delhi branch - Chandigarh Head Office
They took ~ 3.5 months to validate my file content and hence we out of cap last year.

This year they said they would charge 1lac more because i was applying under different NOC whereas i was changing only 1 document.
They don't have morals, authenticity and process....i screwed my money and one year because of them.

This year i did on my own and till date m done with my medicals and waiting for PPR.

So my earnest request and advice would be not to go with WWICS

I hope this helps

Hi All,

I am reposting....

Anyone applied through WWICS in India??

Thanks

Dear Seniors/ Members,
Please suggest me, I am bit worried that:

My Bank balance gone far below than the required limit as shown to CIC as POF while applying.

My PER Date is : 20.10.2014.

If I deposit the required amount now and maintain till the completion of the process, will it be fine.

WORRIED, PLEASE SUGGEST...

My personal view on applications received in May to July 2014 without feedback from CIC.

FOR MAY APPLICANTS.
CC not charged: Application must have been returned and as such check with your country postal services or returned application still in transit.
Note: CIC send by slow snail postal service which could take months to be delivered to an applicant.
DD not encashed: Same as above
PER not received after fee payment: You might have unknowingly deleted the PER email.
If you fall into any of the above mentioned situation, SEND A MAIL INQUIRY TO CIC straight away.
In the subject field mail write FEDERAL SKILLED WORKER.

FOR JUNE APPLICANTS.
If you fall into any of above mentioned situation, SEND A MAIL INQUIRY TO CIC straight away.
In the subject field mail write FEDERAL SKILLED WORKER.

FOR JULY APPLICANTS
Some July applicants are still in the game.
CC not charged till now: Call your bank/card issuer to know if there was any attempt on the card.
If the answer given to you is YES, instruct them to grant such payment if it was CIC.CIC will attempt
to charge your card 3 times and if unsuccessful, such application will be returned.

DD not encash till now: Call the DD issuer for an update on encashment of the draft.
PER not received after fee payment: You might have unknowingly deleted the PER email.
Alternatively contact CIC via email for application update now.
In the subject field mail write FEDERAL SKILLED WORKER.
CIC email : cio-sydney-search-enquiry @ cic.gc.ca

Good luck to all applicants.
Generally good overview but it certainly may create more anxiety for people who are still in the game. For instance, I'm a July applicant, CC charged on 5th of November. PER not received so far. And why should I contact CIC or check my spam box if it's only 7 days since payment?

Hello Mates,

Need help.

CIC Singapore asked for my Mexico PCC, shall I collect by myself directly from Mexico and send to singapore, or shall use below intstructed process:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/security/police-cert/north-america/mexico.asp

But this link mentiones required day is 60 to 90days where as singapore gave me 30days from the mail date. What should i follow, any experience methodology?

"If the police certificate is required for a person living outside Mexico

The certificate you will need is called the Informe de datos registrales, also issued by the Procuraduría General de la República (PGR).
While your application is being processed, the visa office where your application is processed will contact you when it will be time to obtain the Informe de datos registrales.
If the visa office where your application is in process contacted you and requested the Informe de datos registrales, you must do the following:

You must send to the Canadian Embassy in Mexico City, for each person for whom a police certificate is required:

1) Two sets of original fingerprints that meet these standards:

rolled and flat impressions of all ten fingers taken with black ink
full name, date of birth and sex of the applicant
the name and address of the police agency
the signature of the officer taking the fingerprints
How to have your fingerprints taken?

In Canada: Please contact a fingerprinting agency, or go to the closest local police station.
All other countries: Please go to the closest local police station. (In some countries the Mexican Embassy or Consulate will be able to assist you)
2) Three photographs of the front, and three of the right profile: passport size (With no makeup, earrings, glasses, beard, moustache, sideburns–no exceptions)

3) One legible copy of your passport's bio-page (the page where your picture and full name appear).

4) Quote your file number, your name, date of birth, and the name of the visa office, Canadian embassy or consulate or Case Processing Centre where your file is.

Do not send any other documents or provide any payments.

Send the above to:

Canadian Embassy, Immigration Section
Miguel de Cervantes Saavedra 193
Col. Granada
11520 Mexico, D.F

The Canadian Embassy in Mexico will request the Informe de datos registrales for you and will forward the results directly to the visa office where your application is in process. This will take approximately 60 to 90 business days."

Please help from your experience.

Good morning all. :D it's another day which would be filled with cc charges, dd clearances, per issuance, MRs and PPRs. We would not be disappointed in Jesus Name

Also my concern is that application is considered for charging or not?

Thanks In Advance....

I have applied through abhinav outsourcing and i can vouch for their good and professional services.

FINALLY I GOT MY PACKET BACK
June 16, 2014 Applicant NOC 0311

Letter with UCI number on it Dated October 1, 2014
Reason for Rejection: JOB DUTIES NOT MATCHED

Dear Seniors I have following queries:

1. Can I re-apply the same NOC after making certain changes in the Job Duties?

2. If YES, won't they think it is fake because they will surely have my previous record?

3. If NO, can I re-apply under different NOC as my spouse prime applicant?

4. My DD is not cashed yet, Should I deposit it back into the account and make a fresh one before applying?

IF ANY OTHER KNOWLEDGE ANYONE CAN SHARE I WILL BE HIGHLY OBLIGED
