Letter with UCI number on it Dated October 1, 2014
Reason for Rejection: JOB DUTIES NOT MATCHED

Dear Seniors I have following queries:

1. Can I re-apply the same NOC after making certain changes in the Job Duties? YES

2. If YES, won't they think it is fake because they will surely have my previous record?NO

3. If NO, can I re-apply under different NOC as my spouse prime applicant?YES. IDEALLY APPLY WITH TWO APPS TO DOUBLE YOUR CHANCES

4. My DD is not cashed yet, Should I deposit it back into the account and make a fresh one before applying?IT IS VALID FOR SIX MONTHS. RECOMENDED TO APPLY WITH FRESH DD

IF ANY OTHER KNOWLEDGE ANYONE CAN SHARE I WILL BE HIGHLY OBLIGED

Hello Experts,
What is the procedure for submitting the passports at NDVO, if someone is not residing in India.
I live and work in UAE, but chose NDVO as visa processing office
Correspondence address mentioned in my application is also of UAE.

What are the options and possibilities in this scenario?
Advice please.

Hi Harry,

Plz don't consider them for any of your queries/issues.
They are the most *censored word*ty consultants ever seen. I applied through them last year and was out of race because of their bull *censored word* processes. My file was just jumping between Delhi branch - Chandigarh Head Office
They took ~ 3.5 months to validate my file content and hence we out of cap last year.

This year they said they would charge 1lac more because i was applying under different NOC whereas i was changing only 1 document.
They don't have morals, authenticity and process....i screwed my money and one year because of them.

This year i did on my own and till date m done with my medicals and waiting for PPR.

So my earnest request and advice would be not to go with *****

Thanks for the reply. I know they are useless. Even I spent the same amount of money, or rather I should say wasted my money, while applying for Australia and its almost 2 yrs no breakthrough. Had I applied on my own I would have landed in Aussiland a long time back.
Even I applied on my own this yr and waiting for the PPR. The reason I was asking was because I wanted someone to check with them the reason for the delay in issuing of PPRs. They have good contacts in the embassies and in Canada as well, so the might know the inside story.
I was going to contact them myself but the person I know has changed his mobile no and I am unable to trace him....
Anyway I dont think there's a lot we can do apart from waiting for the NDVO to wake up and get their act together....

I am from India. I applied for passport renewal due to expiry. I have provided old passport copies and acknowledgement of renewal process from Passport office. The application reached on 11th Sep 2014 (NOC 2172). I got my new passport few days back. Please let me know do i need to update to CIC?

Also my concern is that application is considered for charging or not?

Hi,
Was your passport valid when you applied? or already expired? If it was valid, i suppose you can provide new passport copies when you get PER to your respective VO.
If your passport was already expired during the time of application, i feel it would be good to send CIC an updated copy of new passport. Other seniors can also comment on it

I went to the listed hospital yesterday and got my tests done. They just gave me a print out of the scanned form and told me that they will upload the medical reports on CIC database. How will i know if they are in good shape???

@cruiser, CIC does not consider what you have mentioned in the application form, whether its NDVO or US Vo. they look at your current address and based on that they would dispatch it to the concerned VO, in your case (UAE) it is London VO.

WWICS are big scamsters...they have ruined my one year and 1.5 lacs rupess
last year i have applied in FSW prog but my NOC was capped when it reached to Nova Scotia although i applied to their office 45 days before
specially their ahmedabad office people don't know any thing...they are just agents and are interested in robbing money of people
PLZ NEVER EVER OPT FOR THEM...
THEY ARE FRUDS....

No way you can know officially.
Unofficially you can just call up the hosp and ask them, they at times help candidates.

I read somewhere on the forum that you may request NDVO for getting your visa stamped here in Abu Dhabi Embassy. Even I am based in Sharjah & have New Delhi as my VO.
