I received my PER on Oct 28th. When should I expect my medical exam request?

I applied WES fir evaluation of my academic degrees. Following is the reply of WES "The estimated completion date of your evaluation report is: December 8, 2014" As we all know that 31st December is the cut off date. I have few question and will request readers to answer them

1- On completion date of 8th December, will we receive ECA reports electronically?
2- Will electronic reports are as valid as reports in sealed envelope.
3- I am in Pakistan and till which date we will receive hard copies of ECA reports
4- How many sets of ECA reports will they send to me.

2- Will electronic reports are as valid as reports in sealed envelope. You need to send an original copy, not an electronic one
3- I am in Pakistan and till which date we will receive hard copies of ECA reports. Depends. For me it took 1 week in India , I have paid more for express delivery
4- How many sets of ECA reports will they send to me. 2 sets.

First and foremost, 31st Dec is not the last date. This program is upto 30th April 2015.

1- On completion date of 8th December, will we receive ECA reports electronically? - No. The online certificate will be only sample. The original will be couriered or snail mailed depending on what option you have selected. Generally reports are dispatched much before the estimated date mentioned.
2- Will electronic reports are as valid as reports in sealed envelope. - No. Electronic reports can't be shared by you. If demanded by CIC, WES can share online reports with CIC.
3- I am in Pakistan and till which date we will receive hard copies of ECA reports - Depends on delivery option you have selected. If you have opted for express courier delivery, you will get them in 3 days time after dispatch, else it might take even 1 month by regular post.
4- How many sets of ECA reports will they send to me. - they will send 2 original reports

I have heard similar feedback from many as well. However, I've never been to Canada, so I keep trying to imagine what is so good about Canada without much success. I think I'll have to let Canada decide it for me. I'll have to visit first then decide!
