Dear Seniors...
I am a bit tensed...
According to my calculation i have
Education 21
IELTS 19
Age 12
Work (1yr+) 9
Spouse Ielts 5
Total 66 points

But my wife has two elder brothers living in canada, so I claimed 5 points to meet my 67 ...

But the problem is both of her brothers used her name Mxxx NESA but her name on birth certificate and academics is Mxxx NESSA. So, there is a "S" missing on both brothers family information that they subbmitted with their applications.

However, both of them has provided letters mentioning her husband is applying for FSW, aslo added their PR copy, passport copy, birth certificate copy along with their proof of address.

will it be okay?

please help me.

Seniors ,
your help is needed with your ideas.
Today i got mail from cis that your file has been refused.
The reason for that they mention that you have not completed the evidence of complition of candian secondary educational credential(or its equivalent)in accordance with R75(2)(e) and R75(8) of IRPA.
even they ve charged our dd on 10/10/14.
what will be the solution and is there posibility of our dd back???
our consultant told me that they refuse your file so there is a no chance of your DD and file will be back.

if the email states that your application has been REFUSED, you will not get your money and your documents back. if it was INCOMPLETE, you will get the whole package back.

as long as their birth certificates show the same parent(s) name, their names don't matter as much...

Guys, Latest cap was updated based off Completeness check till august applications(till Aug 31). 25th Aug guys are getting charged.
