Just request them to raise ur international card limit so that the fee can be debited....it can be done easily and tell them its a genuine transaction.

Also for other members who have selected CC as mode of payment...pls chek International Card Limit with your bank as many users are facing this issue recently and this is causing rejections as well

The only explanation i have to what happened yesterday to Noc 2171 and 2173, is that CIC surprised with a big number of files that has been received recently as all of the rejected applicants of 2174 after reaching the CAP plus all its prospective applicants have customized their applications and send large volume of files towards these NOC's

in order to avoid returning thousands of files, they will work hardly on finishing these NOC's so no one will be able to send again and then they can return any additional files without the need of opening and checking them in a useless way while the CAP is still open

so they will close these NOC's and get rid of the files. (my opinion)

PER: 19 August
MR: 11th November

As per current scenario cio is charging random dates. latest PER date is 15 July, but mid june is also getting PERs, so stay positive and pray hard

I am now planning to go thru complicated PCC application in Qatar. Please if anybody had experienced (good and bad), could you share it with me?

You need fill the form, refer to link http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/security/police-cert/mid-east/qatar.asp
Police certificate will be ready after 7 days and need to be attested in Ministry of Foreign Affairs on C Ring road

My visa office is london as well , But i am currently working and staying in LONDON for the past 7 years now , not sure weather that would delay or do progress my application faster ...

It's difficult to predict anything. We're just playing a guessing game. In any case, even if your things do get delayed, the delay is unlikely to be very long.

I think it may be open...even in uk for example UKBA is closed on 1 dec- St Andrews day in scotland but not in England..
I think Nova Scotia province doesot have holiday today..any ways should all come to know in few hours..

your help is needed with your ideas.
Today i got mail from cis that your file has been refused.
The reason for that they mention that you have not completed the evidence of complition of candian secondary educational credential(or its equivalent)in accordance with R75(2)(e) and R75(8) of IRPA.
even they ve charged our dd on 10/10/14.
what will be the solution and is there posibility of our dd back???
our consultant told me that they refuse your file so there is a no chance of your DD and file will be back.

I know many Pakistani Nationals have even gotten PPR and Visa stamping, remember this forum is not a place everyone has registered , yesterday another forum member mentioned he met 3 people who had their visas stamped from Karachi too

I was just talking in context of London VO, so I can't comment on Karachi VO apps. And I know that many Pakistani nationals have got their visas too, which is why I think LVO is using round robin method, where they take application from one nationality (and may be NOC too) and then take next one from a different one, this keep going round until all applications are processed. And if I'm not wrong then I think majority (more than 50%) of LVO applicants are PK nationals.

LVO is catering whole of Pakistan I believe
