After knowing ur case. I really worry about mine. I got only one reference letter. Responsibilities and main duties as a tax consultant not really match with those provided in noc 1111 since those are for auditor.

Crossed fingers and hope lucks are with me so that I will receive PER soon

Today i got mail from cis that your file has been refused.
The reason for that they mention that you have not completed the evidence of complition of candian secondary educational credential(or its equivalent)in accordance with R75(2)(e) and R75(8) of IRPA.
even they ve charged our dd on 10/10/14.
what will be the solution and is there posibility of our dd back???
our consultant told me that they refuse your file so there is a no chance of your DD and file will be back.

Ask your consultant what assessment he did for your education??
DD if encashed wont be returned, if not encashed then you will get it back.

My application was received on 10th July 2014 there is no CC charge yet. My application if assumed to be returned has also not reached back to Mumbai India. I did send an email for case based inquiry on NOV 3rd and i understand that one can expect a reply only 30 -45 days after. May i know how to contact the call center and exact steps to check if my application was not lost in the heap of files and not even opened\checked?

Why people are going for consultancy ?? Anyways sorry to hear about you....
All consultants are cheater, specially in India... There is no chance of getting money back..

But your consultant does't know about your educational credential points ??
If he know that than why he has send your file to CHC... If you have good back up that go to his office and slapped him that bugger...

Why they are playing with people's dream???

I was just talking in context of London VO, so I can't comment on Karachi VO apps. And I know that many Pakistani nationals have got their visas too, which is why I think LVO is using round robin method, where they take application from one nationality (and may be NOC too) and then take next one from a different one, this keep going round until all applications are processed. And if I'm not wrong then I think majority (more than 50%) of LVO applicants are PK nationals.

There is no Karachi VO. VO for all applications sent from Pakistan is London VO. Btw I'm 8th May Pakistani applicant and still waiting for PCC or MR requests. 2nd line was added on Oct 27

He's right. Your file is closed. NER. No refund.
