I have applied in FSW 2014.
Yesterday I got a message saying the payment to CITIZENSHIP and IMM FSW was declined from the credit card.
Has this happened with anyone?
If yes, What happened next?

Which bank credit card was this?
CIC makes three attempts, so they will try again. Inform your bank about it

Can't say anything in definite way. CIO seems to work with only 2171 and 2173. Once it will be completed, they may draw their attention on other hot nocs like 2132 and 3012. Then they may work in the normal way. Whatever method they work, I think, you will get news by 1st week of Dec.

A friend of mine has swum against the stream and has had his CC charged yesterday, and here is his complete file info.:

NOC : 1112
File delivered : 24/07/2014
CC Charged : 10/11/2014
Visa office : Cairo, Egypt

I did not expect any action in his file these days for 2 reasons a permanent 1 and a temporary 1:
And what about ur sisters on the forum???
1- Permanent: NOC 1112 has capped and we were not sure whether he is inside the cap
2- Temporary: All NOCs, except NOCs 2171 & 2173, was frozen yesterday.

What gives me another reason to be very happy for him, that I contributed 80% of the effort required for his file to be ready for submission and it worked at the end

Please pray for him for PER and for me and the remaining brothers in the forum for hearing good news in the near future.

I read somewhere that it should be 10000$ for principal applicant and 2000$ additional for each dependent. that will be around 14000$

Thats why confused.

No saperate guidlines for landing funds. It is the settlement funds that you need to show at the time of landing

Call your bank asap and find out why it was declined.

should we have this funds in cash with us in the airport or could transfer them later from our home bank?

Partialy in cash for your day to day routine and rest you shoukd carry in the firm of DD /TTs etc.

Few days back we had a trend.. now for 2171 and 2173 they have no trend at all.. they are so excited to have all IT people in canada asap..
Practically you can wait for 2 weeks time and after that you can shoot a mail to them to enquiry about your file...hope you have their emailid.
