Aug 8 being charged....congoo, , 21 july applicant here, mode of payment DD, any latest charge through DD after 14 July....worried now..

CIC is jumping dates. Do not worry. A lot more applicants aren't charged for July yet. Your turn will surely come.

If CIC is charging CC/DD at this rate then I feel I may get my payment charged within next 20 days because my NOC is 2173 with application received on 27th Aug... ???

that my file was deemed incomplete....it is returned back on 6 th oct. 2014

What they mean by deemed incomplete....and how much time it will take to get my file back???

wait for a week more. hopefully you will be charged.
if not till then, try and call the CIC on the number given in earlier posts to get the update on your application

Hi All,

My friend is applying for FSW and does not have his Birth Certificate from Tamil Nadu, India. His Secondary and +2 certificate do not show his parents name either.

Submitting indian passport showing parents name would be acceptable or is anything else he can send to satisfy the birth certificate requirement.

An affidavit or a school outgoing certificate with parents name will also do.

Passport is not valid..
