Hello Seniors,

I am 29th May applicant and after a long wait, finally received the MR email on 8th Nov from NDVO requesting for further documents along with Medical. I would like to take your valuable feedback/suggestions on the below before i proceed ahead on the next steps :

1. Though i already submitted the original PCC's (both mine & wife) along with my application, i further got a request from NDVO stating "From each country/state where the residence period has been six months or longer since the age of 18, provide an original police clearance certificate for yourself from India." Now what does that mean ? Did anyone else got the same request from NDVO even after submitting the PCCs already ?

2. My wife is expecting and the date given by the doctor is end of January. Do i need to intimate NDVO about this ? If yes, how this is going to impact the processing timelines ? or else we need to go with our medicals for the time being ?

Your help would be much appreciated.

Dear Member,

Can you please guide me on the below:

I have sent my Medical receipts,RPRF Reciepts and Passport Bio pages copies for my family through bluedart, as per the Courier site update the same has been delivered to NDVO on 31st Oct-14.

Do NDVO send any acknowledgement on reciept of the documents?? I have checkedmy ECAS Status it is showing "In Process--->>>Medical have been recieved"

Can you please let me know when and how much time it will take to get PassPort request and what will get updated in the status after they recieve RPRF reciept.??

Congo for getting third line on ECAS...no, NDVO doesn't send any communication for receiving the DOCS. However you can inquire them by asking them on mail or case specific enquiry.
Well no one can say about how much time is involved for PPR after MR as there is no PPR recipient on SS and we can not do analysis....I am in same stage ...just relax ...you are on the right way.
Nothing separately will be updated after encashing DD or receiving RPRF. Next line will be "Decision Made"......

Urgent : HR Manager Resigned, update to NDVO..??

Seeking Urgent Guidance on :

Do I have to update the NDVO as the HR Manager has resigned from company..??
(who has provided me the experience letter mentioning the job duties-
attaching his business card though the letter was on company letterhead
having company's address and contact details)

ECA from WES, i received has two copies of ECA (of 1 page) and the other two pages are others. I need to put only 1 of the two copies of th ECA, right? that means only one page out of the four pages i received.

Corrrect me if i am wrong.

Why Photocopies of Passport with MR/PCC..??

Dear Experts,

I have noticed that NDVO has asked photocopies of passport from some applicants, along with MR/PCC/RPRF.

What is the reason behind that..??

You also need to send copy of bio data pages (front and last 2 pages) of passport.

I will send the PCC, MR and RPRF DD by courier today. Please confirm if the following are the only things that need to be included in the package.

1. PCC for me and my spouse.
2. RPRF DD for Rs. 53400/-.
3. Medical receipts and acknowledgement from hospital.
4. Cover letter that NDVO sent requesting for these items.

Is this all?

In how many days does your RPRF fee with DD has been enchashed after CHC receiving your DD. Its bee 10days for me till now there is no enchashment of my DD ?? Is it common

I dont have any travel history but then also they asked for my Passport copies.
I think they are asking for all of them mostly.
