Hi All,
very urgent info required.

My Application got rejected.. I have not received my package yet(returned date 09/10/2014). I hope this is due to Birth certificate issue. I am planning to resubmit the application by next week... applied for IELTS TRF..
I don't have a Birth Certificate, will CIC accept my Secondary School Certificate which contains my father name???

Please let me know the acceptable substitutes for Birth certificate. Shall I wait till I receive my application to know the exact reason for rejection??
please guide me.

Yes CIC accpets the 10th class certificate where your DOB is mentioned.

Urgent : HR Manager Resigned, update to NDVO..??

Seeking Urgent Guidance on :

Do I have to update the NDVO as the HR Manager has resigned from company..??
(who has provided me the experience letter mentioning the job duties-
attaching his business card though the letter was on company letterhead
having company's address and contact details)

months or longer since the age of 18, provide an original police clearance certificate for
yourself and your spouse from India. "

Do we need to apply for PCC from each state we stayed in India or PCC from delhi should be enough. I have been staying in Delhi for the last 4.5 years, but have stayed in other states for more than 6 months. My wife has been staying with me in Delhi for last 10 months, but has stayed in other states for more than 6 months,

Can somebody who has already applied, please answer this query i have?

In India only 1 PCC is required. In your case from Delhi only

Definitely Yes they will accept the birth certificate as your Secondary School certificate which contains your father's name. Also you need to send an affidavit of 100 Rs with self decalaration which includes your father mother and your husbands name including your date of birth and place of birth

All can be sent in the single envelope... one more caution...if you want to send docs through courier..pls dont put PO BOX number as courier ppl will not take PO box number letters.

I have learnt this after running from pillar to post from courier to post office...

Hello seniors

I am 21st july applicant. I paid the fee by SBI DD which is drawn on "The Bank of Nova Scotia, International Banking Division,Scotia Plaza, 44 King street Toronto, Ontario". My bank refused to tell me the status of DD. Is there any other way I can get the status of my DD? Also when can I expect my PER mail?

I have one more query, in an ideal situation once a medical request is received by the NDVO, within how many days
are they suppose to send a PPR?

Just wanted to understand, how much delayed is the process at NDVO.

As of now no PPR is issued by NDVO. So no time estimation is available for PPR.

For every country and state PCC is required if you stay more than 6 months. ???

I will send the PCC, MR and RPRF DD by courier today. Please confirm if the following are the only things that need to be included in the package.

1. PCC for me and my spouse.
2. RPRF DD for Rs. 53400/-.
3. Medical receipts and acknowledgement from hospital.
4. Cover letter that NDVO sent requesting for these items.

Is this all?
