All can be sent in the single envelope... one more caution...if you want to send docs through courier..pls dont put PO BOX number as courier ppl will not take PO box number letters.

I have learnt this after running from pillar to post from courier to post office...

I will send the PCC, MR and RPRF DD by courier today. Please confirm if the following are the only things that need to be included in the package.

1. PCC for me and my spouse.
2. RPRF DD for Rs. 53400/-.
3. Medical receipts and acknowledgement from hospital.
4. Cover letter that NDVO sent requesting for these items.

Is this all?

Lemme me tell you there is no need to feel afraid from PO number, U can put PO BOX no on your envelope even if you want to send through courier service, just USE BLUE DART,,,,that's it...I did it, Ziyad did it.....everything is fine and they deliver in 24 hours...

Can you please guide me on the below:

I have sent my Medical receipts,RPRF Reciepts and Passport Bio pages copies for my family through bluedart, as per the Courier site update the same has been delivered to NDVO on 31st Oct-14.

Do NDVO send any acknowledgement on reciept of the documents?? I have checkedmy ECAS Status it is showing "In Process--->>>Medical have been recieved"

Can you please let me know when and how much time it will take to get PassPort request and what will get updated in the status after they recieve RPRF reciept.??

So, we can say with almost surety that applicants form top MNCs (like HCL) are getting somewhat priority (like skipping their job verification etc.)

Not Mandatory.. Only if EDUCATIONAL DOCUMENTS are not in ENGLISH OR FRENCH...

Hello Seniors,

I am 29th May applicant and after a long wait, finally received the MR email on 8th Nov from NDVO requesting for further documents along with Medical. I would like to take your valuable feedback/suggestions on the below before i proceed ahead on the next steps :

1. Though i already submitted the original PCC's (both mine & wife) along with my application, i further got a request from NDVO stating "From each country/state where the residence period has been six months or longer since the age of 18, provide an original police clearance certificate for yourself from India." Now what does that mean ? Did anyone else got the same request from NDVO even after submitting the PCCs already ?

2. My wife is expecting and the date given by the doctor is end of January. Do i need to intimate NDVO about this ? If yes, how this is going to impact the processing timelines ? or else we need to go with our medicals for the time being ?

Your help would be much appreciated.
