You need to get police certificate only if you stayed more than 6 months...... Termination of job due to bad performance is not a crime hence it will not effect on police record even if you stay more than 6 months.

i have stayed in visit visa for two months in uae for 2 months on 2011 and 1 month in 2014, worked 4 months all together it is 7 months so do i need pcc?

Hello All..Got my medical request, partial pcc request and RPRF request :)..Updated the sheet now :)..
But I'm in a spot of bother as my wife is pregnant. I know its an ever lasting debate whether to go for x-ray or not. Now I'm planning to request NDVO for an extension of x-ray...do you guys have any idea if I can submit this request via case specific enquiry?? If I do that, what would be the average delay for a response? Please help. Thanks.

use Adobe !
Avoid any other other software !!
Big no for Nitro PDF
Good luck

Hi Friends,
I am looking for sincere advice from all of you.

I am a 12 May applicant,

Query
Me and my wife is planning for family next year (around Nov/ Dec 2015). Currently, worried what would be the status of my PR. Lets say if child takes birth in Oct to Dec 2015, we need to take care of the new born baby for atleast a year in India. Meanwhile after birth, I will be applying/ arranging for baby's passport, birth certificate and PR. I have no idea how things will work out. And how much I will be good to hold make my a d my wife PR status alive.

Hope I m able to make my problem clear. I am really worried. (Also heard that soon policy for PR validity is going to change, it will be like one has to be in Canada for at least 183 days in a single year to keep PR status alive.)

Other suggestion I got was to get your baby delivered in Canada, then all problems resolved. Actually we will be trying for this baby after medical repercussions and my parents emotional attachment will not make to fly soon after baby get birth.

If you guys can provide any other suggestions, I would be grateful.

Wrong. The FSW program continues upto April 30th 2015 as per ministerial instructions. The Express Entry program is to start from Jan 2015 but it is just announced yet and no clarity on the same. Probably announcement will be done in Jan 2015 and actual entries might be accepted from May 2015. Even if it (EE) actually starts in Jan 2015, FSWP2014 will continue upto April 30th 2015 as per ministerial instructions, unless cut short by a new revised ministerial instruction.

What I understand about the fsw and express entry is that fsw applicants who apply from the 1st of January 2015 will be drafted into the express programme, which makes it impossible to apply under the current NOC cap style. Then monitoring the cap update for NOC occupation will no more be in use. FSW applicants must maintain the minimum eligible percentage but occupation consideration will be immaterial as all occupations will be given a chance as opposed to the strict adherence to specific listed occupation as being done currently. Implication is that the capping style will end on the 31st of December 2014.

Unlikely to make it within cap :(

Why do you think it is unlikely? Considering current 699 for 2173 includes Aug applications and going by the current speed of applications received for 2173, I believe mid October applications will be considered before reaching 1000 CAP unless there is an all of a sudden increase in number of Sep applications received by CIC.
