130 days and still waiting.. Sent an email to CIC.. do they really take 30-45 days to response? If I find out my file is rejected after 45days from today, it will be too late to submit another application.. What should I do?

MA

Hi all. Since the dd is charged some 10 days latter than the case with cc charging. So does the PER no of people having sent DD also gets delayed with the same time?

Hopefully completeness check has finished for July 2014. (Assumption)

I believe applicants until November for NOC 2281 will be fine and should hopefully fall within the CAP. It ranks 7 in top filling NOCs and has been surpassed by 2171 by quiet a margin due to a decline in the number of applications submitted (I would like to believe). Hence, I would advise you to stay positive.

Have faith and believe that you'll get per. Keep on praying and God bless you.

yes you can as long as job duties match at least 60-70% for the new Noc.
2172 is still cold so apply immediately before it gets hot which is very likely. .

Thanks for replying !!! I really appreciate your help and support ... Hope you can again put in your inputs on this matter aswell.
What if the job duties don't match ??? let us take a hypothetical case say I want to apply in NOC 2133 electronics engineers and my previous NOC was 2174 Computer programmers, What than? will CIC have my records and verify with them before processing?

I know no one knows for sure how CIC handles the case, But guys please bear with me and state your point of views and experience you had/seen.

PCC - Required

Hi All,

I was in USA thrice
Once on business Visa for three months in IL state in Sep 2004
second time for 7 months on L1 visa in IL State in Apr 2006
Third on business visa for 1.5 month in NJ state in Oct 2010

1) Do i need to get PCC for all three journey? I believe I need to get only when I stayed for more than six months?

2 )Do I need to get FBI PCC & State PCC both or just one.

3) How and where to apply for it ?

Khush

Thanks for your reply. So that means there is nothing wrong in making two applications under different NOCs and so there is no adverse effect, nothing illegal if you inform CIC that since PER has been received on first application so i would like to withdraw my second?

Correct understanding !!

You need to get PCC for second time, anyways one PCC is for one country so One PCC from USA would suffice your all journeys..

You can apply online, also visit forum pages for infomation as lot of people have applied for FBI PCC and shared their experience and suggestions...

Best of Luck...

Re: PCC - Required

If you apply now you'll be covered for all your stay.
