If you really want someone to guess the reason for delay without any justification then here are a couple of reasons, either your application is complex or in a popular noc, or possibly your file is on its way back to your address. Anything is possible. Be prepared for adverse situation while keeping your hope alive!

My CC is charged last week and I was waiting for the PER. But now I have seen that the NoC in which I have applied (1112) is capped yesterday.

Want to anxiously whether I am part of this cap or ?

If someone is Non- Chartered accountant and applied for NOC 1111 and already got PER. Can NDVO create problems for MR , RPRF and PPR?? Can they reject on the basis on Education for NOC 1111?? I am Non CA but already have PER

Hey buddy,

I do not think there is any reason to worry. Cap updates are based on completeness checks and you are very likely to receive PER in the coming days. We observed few PERs for 2174 applicants even after 1000 cap.

Good luck for further processing.

If your CC charged, you are already included in cap!!

Its not mandatory that your education must be same field as profession as long as the duties that you perform at the current job match well with the ones mentioned against your NOC on cic website and the same is well supported by requisite documents.
