What is the latest reported date for applications that received PER?

Help needed

While filling Additional family information form IMM5406,

Principal applicant will write his/her name in ist row, spouse name in second row and mother father kids brothers and sisters respectively.

My query is
While spouse (secondary applicant) will be filling her copy of the form .....
where should she write her name ( In first row where ( Applicant) is written...

Hope you could answer my query about POF.

What if VO has requested you an updated Proof of funds after all liabilities with worth of something?

Let say i only have 25K CAD in the the bank right now and without considering that after all liability amount, is it fine to submit current bank account with 25k CAD balance as my updated POF?

Dear fellows, as I mentioned before LVO has asked me for UK police certificate tough I stayed there only for 4 months, that (UK PCC) I have received already. They have also asked me to explain about few year that what I was doing during that period (unemployed), I have explained that too. they have asked me to send a new schedule A background declaration form for YOURSELF the visa officer has mentioned so I have filled only for myself I believe that's correct too.. they have also attached a form & mentioned form should be filled for YOURSELF & I have filled it for my self but on the form it is mentioned should be complete but all above 18, so shall I fill it for my spouse as well?
on the form they have asked about address I have written all my permanent address but im confused so do I need to write about the address I have stayed in UK also though it was staying with my family friends. I have separately mentioned about my address in UK as the officer has asked for it.
further he has asked for more evidence to prove my relationship with my relative (my sister) in Canada & also more evidence of your family members residence in Canada - NOA , job reference letter but my sister is not working she is a home maker so is it ok if I get these documents for my brother in law?? I have already sent electricity bills her passport copy her PR card copy & a bank statement on her name & also the documents showing she owns the house they live in, kindly suggest what I can send this time..
my last question I have changed job after applying which I have mentioned in the schedule A declaration form which I have filled again, do I need to send any supporting documents like offer letter??

before it was IMM5612E (08-2014) but now its (10-2014) but i found nothing changed in that after proof reading.

Dear i ve also sent the old version of Generic Form and Schedule 3 form..... will they reject my application??? :-(

Hi friends,

I need one help. My application was received on July 3-2014. My credit card was charged on Oct 20-2014. I received AOR from CIO NS on Oct 23-2014 (file no & uci received). However, I have not received PER email as yet. Should I write email to CIC ( please share what email do I write) kindly advice.

After receiving my PER, today I checked my E-CAS status. And went thoroughly to the system. Things that came into my mind that how come people were not understanding the E-CAS. Bacause i saw so many applicants reported that they can see "IN PROCESS" or when the second line is getting updated applicants showed their concern. And i saw forum seniors were helping them to understand the E-CAS. But the thing is, it is in the E-CAS that everything has been explained. For example, when i first logged in to E-CAS i saw my address then in the next line it has said......

If you want to see the details of an application, click on the underlined status.

When you click the "IN PROCESS" it shows you that "We received your application for permanent residence on XXXXXXX"

After that you will see these three options........


The following tables will help you understand the status of your application.

Application for Permanent Residence - Federal skilled Worker submitted to Sydney, Nova Scotia

If you click the "Application for permanent residence outside Canada" you will see a diagram that explains each step in the application process.

I submitted two applications to cic one of them 25 july cc mode and the other one 21 july dd mode ....25th july got charged shall i withdraw my DD now or better to wait for PER...as my consultant advised me to withdraw DD one. After seeing some friends got their package back after charging i get worried to especially duty mismatch. What to do please.
both applications all same document except some fix in translation and fix in schools section in forms. .

Please advise
