I took this from another forum..
"Can anyone tell when do çic count someone into their cap count? After PER or after file transfer to local VO or when?"

Going by the experiences of past applicants, it is after PER.

No! Look a few pages back for my post (or several other users).

It comes from completeness check as confirmed by the CIO.

Hello everyone,

Sorry I'm new at this forum and I don't understand a lot of abbreviations here,

My Application recieved in 11th July 2014
NOC: 1123
I've received now an Acknowledgment of Receipt (AOR) from the CIO with my UCI and file number,

Is the AOR is the same as PER ?? and if not .. what is the difference ?

and what is next ?

Thanks a lot

Whe are not sure whether all August applications have had completeness check, but it is a good bet.

How we found out: it is the latest know application returned for being incomplete that gives us this information.

Look at this post:
Thx for your info. But one more question, why it states latest application returned date is 28 August ? But from the SS, the latest one is 28 July.

hi guys I am new to this forum. i want to apply in noc 4212 early childhood category
but I am stuck on ielts I am not able to score 6 in each module every tym I got 5.5 in any one module. now I am wating for my 1 nov exams result also sitting in 20 nov and 6 dec exam all my others docs 100 per cent ready plz tell me that date will extend to jan or feb so I can perpare well for exam. only 28 files accepted in noc 4212 category. plz show me right path thanks

As per future_canadian's signature:

"FSW ends April 30, 2015, and not one minute before, unless a new Ministerial Instruction is issued."

It should end by April 30, 2015; even though your NOC won't be capped, it is possible (though not probable) that the global CAP may be reached as well.

We have no information whether or not Chris - the Minister for Citizenship and Immigration - will issue a new instruction before the EE begins.

To be safe you should file your app before December 31st.

I saw your post and have been following every entry in this forum with open eyes.. The reason I posted this is because we are all desperate to get in before the cap gets over.. We browse other forum's too for clues about it..

He gets his information from posts on this forum - some people don't update the SS.

Hi,
It is quite normal. You might have missed something first time around. Just ensure that you take the latest form from the CIC website and do it.
It happened to me. I overlooked the question 6g for my suppose in schedule A. They asked me to submit the same and even pointed that I must ensure 6g is answered. Now my status is medicals received.
Hope this helps

Hi Team/ Ashif bhai/ Century,

Is it normal to have received the request for Schedule A / Background declaration form to be filled again with MR+PCC?

We had provided last 10 years of details with application. Now we have received request to provide details since the age of 18 for both myself and my wife.

Please advise on this.

Can anyone pls tell me if an application is rejected, will CIC send the rejection letter by email or by snail post to inform the applicant?

Right me if I'm wrong... Are the caps from cic website is based from completeness check from mid August or the caps are based on the per received by the last week of July?

Thank you and +1
Let me see what was missed. I am puzzled as I thought they were absolutely complete and reviewed. Let me be extra careful at this one big hurdle.

I get that everybody wants to be safe and within the CAP.

But I think that CIO's e-mail is more reliable than general clues.

Plus, we had some CC charges for the NOC 2174 after that NOC was capped... which confirms the CIO's e-mail, so I think it is a pretty safe assumption.

Read a few pages back please. Several users and myself have answered this question.
