my VO supposed to be Mexico but I'm in TOronto studying so I read here that they may changed my VO to Ottawa or not, How do I know this if it doesnt say anything in my PER email, should I assume my VO remains Mexico? thanks and please +1 for my PER :-*

I'm not clear about the updated NOC list.
I'm NOC 1113 and got PER on monday but it is still 0 in the list. There are, also, several other people in SS in this NOC with PER much earlier than mine.
In which stage of application is this list created?

QUICK HELP ME: I applied under FSW and in my form in box 4. Immigration Office requested for the processing of your application
I wrote Sydney Nova Scotia coz I read it online in a blog. Now I read CIC guideline and it says write you visa office. Which is london I think in my case as I live in UAE.

Hi. Could anyone help me finding the answer to the question relating to the Cap. Application package arrived at CIO on August 21, 2014. Until now, neither I got any number from CIO nor my Credit Card was charged. The CIC website was updated today. The number of applications received by CIC for NOC1112 is 1000. What does it mean for me?

This is inexplicable. Maybe CIC workers are not very keen to update the figures of the unpopular NOCs like 1113, so their figures may be not 100% accurate.

In regard to the stage in which the list is created, most probably the list is updated on the basis of completness check.
