It means that all August applications have been opened in CIC. Mine reached CIC on 17th september. My NOC is 2131 and today's cap update shows that 339 apps have been completed for 2131.. I hope I am in safe limit..

These are separate cases getting reported in forum..Be a regular reader of forum pages , you will also get the same info..

PCC is valid at the time of application submission if the issue date is less than three month. Apply NOW and do not wait for MR

I sent the police clearance certificate along with my application. PCC was obtained in Aug 2013 - and so it was less than 1 year of my application date. Does it satisfy CIC requirement? somewhere I read PCC should be less than 3 months. Is it so? If yes, is it better to apply for the PCC now while waiting for MR request? Please let me know!

That's great. Could you please confirm that your NOC is 2174 and application date is July 18 because the assumption so far is NOC 2174 was capped around July 2 or 3.

my VO supposed to be Mexico but I'm in TOronto studying so I read here that they may changed my VO to Ottawa or not, How do I know this if it doesnt say anything in my PER email, should I assume my VO remains Mexico? thanks and please +1 for my PER :-*

Hi Rick,

Malaysian PCC is pretty simple

1. Create an account here

https://www.kln.gov.my/ekonsular_on9/login/login_test.php

2. Fill in the details and upload req docs.

And wait for the status to change to 'Ready for collection'

Usually it takes 2 -4 weeks time.I got it in 2 weeks time.

You just have to take a print out of PER,acknowledgement slip to the nearest Malaysian High commission/Consulate for collection.

The website says it will take 1-2 months Just MY GOV being careful so that they dont get blamed for being late I guess.
