Does it have to be notarized or the signature and stamp of my employer is enough?

Just got a rejection email from CIO yesterday...I got my File No. last week,,, and ECAS is in process... but the email devastated me because..I was refused because I only got 65..when in FacT it should be 72...they didn't count my relative (Aunt) in Canada as well as my Experience in second Job for NOC 3012..

What Im planning to do now..Is Appeal to the CIO or cic to review the decision...Because its UNFAIR!!!

or if they don't answer..Ill file a case against the decision...

Email them back along with a Cover letter with breakdown of points on it as well as documents provided to them to claim that points. Also if possible try to mention it like this e.g. "Job 1 - as mentioned in document checklist I have provide you with this & that documents which were included in original application."

and What i have to do after mailing my form ? is there any need to contact CIC?
It is very rare that they respond to emails.

Yes same address. Send them email and Fax them also once docs reach CIC giving detail of courier tracking and application details.

This is simple issue that can be addressed.
Firstly,did you submit all the relevant documents from your aunt to claim the 5 points on adaptability.
Secondly,did you submit reference letter for the second job please.
Let's look at this together so that you can know what such of action should be taken.

Did they specifically mentioned that they are not taking into account your aunt and your second job experience or is it your guess?

if they said can you tell us what exactly did they say? Words they used in email and they used online on their website wil help you determine if you can win this appeal or not.
