Shouldnt be an issue. Be careful you do not lose any documents while it reaches your brother who repacks it.

Hello All,

I have received MR/PCC/RPRF request today. VO is CPC-Ottawa. I would like to know, on an average, how many days does it take for the VO to process these documents and request passports. Also, once we receive the passport request, how many days do we have to send them the passports. I am asking because, I will be travelling outside the country and would like to plan the timeline.

Thank you all.

Personally I wouldn't do this transaction I would be afraid that CIC will think: if you can't afford to pay fees how can you afford to support yourself in Canada... ? Even you can provide bank statements that you have sufficient money...
Your decision, but I think it's risky...

Good luck whatever road you will choose...

Sorry to know that bro but keep going
and it will work...execuse have you got your whole package back or just dn email

[size=20pt] Guys!! Just got a rejection email from CIO yesterday...I got my File No. last week,,, and ECAS is in process... but the email devastated me because..I was refused because I only got 65..when in FacT it should be 72...they didn't count my relative (Aunt) in Canada as well as my Experience in second Job for NOC 3012..

What Im planning to do now..Is Appeal to the CIO or cic to review the decision...Because its UNFAIR!!!

or if they don't answer..Ill file a case against the decision...

June 18 applicant here...

Wish me luck,,,

They wont take it as you cant afford to pay your fees. They know many people does not have credit cards, or cards that work international, or there is high transaction cost - this is the reason they have given you option to pay using a different payee, otherwise they wouldnt have given that option.

Thank sound very reasonable. Thank I'm changing my opinion. Than you for explanation +1 for your afford :)

In Short Summary if I am right following are the wait times happening in ideal scenarios on an average:

1. Submit application and wait for 90-120 days

2. PER received and wait for 40-55 days

3. MR/PCC/RPRF received Wait for 10-15 days

4. Passport request for Visa valid for 1 year.

Its better to arrange some other means for payment.
Chance to loose any form or you may lost your application or may be some severe delays any thing could happen
better not to take any risk, send your application directly to CIC
