FSW application submitted on 2 Oct 2014.

What should I do to avoid application from being returned?

Send revise payment form along with the cover letter.

I was 5125, app rcvd on 24 July. RCVD an email From CIO that "your application was returned due to ineligible NOC"

I was working as translator for almost 3 years but my BA was English Literature.

Any Idea guys why they returned my application no chance? Sending again?

First of all, Thank you every one for all your help and support.

This is JASPAL SINGH (Principal Applicant), date of Birth:11 may 1983 ,UCI No: xxxx123 ,Application No: xxxx111, received the request for Medicals and RPRF fees on 7 Nov 2014 under FSW category.

Along with my medical form IMM1017, I have received the medical form for my Spouse with UCI No: xxxx124. Although she has not applied for Immigration along with me at the beginning of the application.

I would like to know that I need to pay RPRF fees of CAD490 for the JASPAL SINGH (principal applicant) only or the RPRF fees of my spouse also?

Any help in this regards will be highly appreciated.

Really sorry for you pal.

But are you sure they rejected your application because your education was in literature. I believe eduction doesn't matter as long as the duties mentioned in reference letters match well with NOC.

Could you please scan and post their exact response so that we could know that it was really because of eduction in non-translation field.
