By God's Grace and my parents blessing I received my PER mail yesterday

NOC- 4011
Application Date- 11th July
DD Encashed Date- 29th October
PER Received Date- 6th November

I would like to express my gratitude to kollin and kunal for their commendable help throughout the process

Guys pls Help Sad

I was 5125, app rcvd on 24 July. RCVD an email From CIO that "your application was returned due to ineligible NOC"

I was working as translator for almost 3 years but my BA was English Literature.

Any Idea guys why they returned my application Sad no chance? Sending again?

5125 is eligible NOC. I suggest you send a query at cio-sydney-search-enquiry@cic.gc.ca with URGENT in the subject. They might have wrongly did it. Do scan and attach the letter. CIO later on conceded mistake. Do fight.

Also please share the letter with us.

5125 applicant here too but my application reached CIC on 4th Sep and is yet to meet its fate.

FYI - my eduction too was in language and not in translation. ??? ??? ??? ???

Did your reference letter (on company's letter head) not mention your job roles i.e. translation??

Bahramzp I searched and found at least 2 applicants under NOC 5125. You may also search the spreadsheet and see if there are other 5125 applicants around. For starters, you might want to connect with happydolphins & nnadalinn.

Serious.. Serious.. Serious mater.... I got this genuine info, in my friends circle. Ndvo
A verification call to company HR dept, exp letter in letter head. Signed by colleague. HR told we didn't give & its unauthorized.

100% refusal & Job threat in current company. he is 14may applicant. Very serious issue.

I given previous company noc in 12a 0911 - desired occupation.
Current company simply in other noc 2132. all r truth. but both in letter head signed by colleague. Can I stop payment, I am Aug 15 applicant. my employer very strict on legal & ethics.
But offer letter, promotion till salary slip genuine. Pls suggest can I withdraw & try later with A4 & visiting card reference letter. my current job is very imp for me if refused. I am in fear now.

Brother, I am a 5125 applicant. I received PER a week ago. Please share your reference with us! Did it contain your employer's or customer's contact details? Who signed it?
And please, share some details - you made an e-mail inquiry? How long did it take them to reply?

PS. Oh, I forgot to mention - I do not have linguistic education at all, I have degree in technical field. Education is irrelevant.

Here is the email:

Be advised your application was returned due to ineligible NOC. A letter of explanation was provided along with the application package.

We do not keep detailed records of each application returned so I am unable to provide more case specific details.

Please note: all returned applications are sent via regular mail to the mailing address as entered on the application package. There is no tracking number. Once the application is mailed, its delivery is the responsibility of the postal service. Applications are not sent via courier.
