FSWP stands for Federal (all provinces except QC). Quebec has it's own SWP, which is a completely different story. Which program are you applying to?

I am applying under fswp 2014 noc 1111, and filling the IM0008 form, i found this CSQ question on that form which confused me, but thanks to all of you who responded to my query so quickly

surname: surname (write only that which u wrote on genric form)
contry of birth

kindly check whether u wrote ur email id correctly on genric form?

if not then call cic
and say that u lost ur UCI number, give them details, they will give u ur uci no.
or email them (reply would be in 40 days)
all the best.....99% u r through first hurdle mate...
