Do we know if 425 applications for NOC 2173 received so far by CIC include applications until July end or August end?

This was last updated on 3rd October when July applications had not started getting CC charged. So CAP probably includes few July applications which had passed the completeness check test but not charged at that time. But Aug applications definitely must not have been considered.

Now that's my view and someone else's view may differ which I will totally respect.

Dear Friends,

Urgent

One of my friend want to apply as FSW 2014 but problem is 3 years before he had applied as FSW 2011 with fake experience & his application returned with reason that cap is full. UCI number was not mentioned on letter from CIC. Now this year he wants to apply with genuine experience which is in FSW category.

Can he apply? Does CIC keep record of his previous fake experience? Please reply so he can take decision.

The reason for rejection had been mentioned in the letter was " Your application was received after the maximum of 500 complete Federal Skilled Worker applications per NOC 1122 was reached.

Since you did not provide evidence that you have an Arranged Employment Offer, you do not meet the requirements of the Ministerial Instructions and your application is not eligible for processing."

If the application was rejected because of CAP Complete than he can apply because if it would have rejected due to fake documents, he would have been black listed there and then.

Hello Everybody,

I am new to this forum.

I have sent my application on 17th Sept '14 and it reached on 23rd Sept. I understand that the standard wait time will be around 3 months. NOC Code - 2171 (filled 348 as per the last update on CIC) Need help on the below:

1. How good or bad are my chances to get through this time?
2. It's been a long time that cap update was done on the CIC website, is there any other way to check the cap update?

THank you all in advance.

Hi Friends, I'm in a big confusion now. Please help.
I'm principal applicant. My wife's work experience duration of her previous employer is actually one month more than what we have mentioned in the application.
This has happened because at the time of filling the application, my wife didn't have the experience letter from the previous employer due to some settlement amount. She got the experience letter after I had sent my application to CIC and in that experience letter the employer has considered some extra days of her job, which is extending her work experience to next month. She was clue less about it at the time of filling the application. But in her application, the present employer details are mentioned correctly. The problem is with the details of previous employer. If my wife has to work at Canada in future, will there be a problem if her records are different than letters?
I have got the PER recently. Please let me know if there is a need to inform CIC about it.
I don't want to take any risk, at the same time I would like to keep my records clear with CIC.
Please suggest what should be done.

Nothing to worry, and it also wont affect anything incase if you wife has to work in Canada.
Incase if you want send them amended forms along with cover letter mentioning the reason of sending amended forms.

you can try. It might just be possible for NOC 2171, though can't say for sure.

CIC updates can't be checked anywhere else. They simply aren't done after October 3rd.

I see good chances for you to get through.
I think there is no other way to check cap.

Has anyone done any study in order to determine if CIC is picking up the pace and actually processing(charging) more days than the ones that go by as in for example: they are processing 2 dates (22/23 July) in a single day in November therefore causing them to be able to actually diminish the time between app received and cc charged?

Any comments? What have you guys been observing on the matter?
