Dear Friends,

Urgent

One of my friend want to apply as FSW 2014 but problem is 3 years before he had applied as FSW 2011 with fake experience & his application returned with reason that cap is full. UCI number was not mentioned on letter from CIC. Now this year he wants to apply with genuine experience which is in FSW category.

Can he apply? Does CIC keep record of his previous fake experience? Please reply so he can take decision.

The reason for rejection had been mentioned in the letter was " Your application was received after the maximum of 500 complete Federal Skilled Worker applications per NOC 1122 was reached.

Since you did not provide evidence that you have an Arranged Employment Offer, you do not meet the requirements of the Ministerial Instructions and your application is not eligible for processing."

Hello,

First of all it was very awful to know that your friend(May be it's you) has given fake experience certificate. >:( >:( Anyway as the CIC returned your application because the cap was full and as they didn't provide any UCI number then they don't have your friend's(Or your) record. Cozz When CIC open any application they first enter an UCI number. So if i'm not wrong your friend can apply.

Moving forward: Express Entry

To read more details about the government of Canada’s demand-driven “expression of interest” immigration selection system known as Express Entry, please visit this page. Express Entry is scheduled to come into operation in January, 2015.

Skilled workers who wish to apply directly to the Federal Skilled Worker Program before the end of 2014 should assess their eligibility and, if eligible, apply at the earliest possible opportunity. Eligible candidates are able to apply directly to the program at the moment — an aspect that will change at the end of next month. Read this article from our previous newsletter to learn more about eligible occupations and other criteria.

The above is a snapshot that I read from the david cohen immigration news letter:
http://www.cicnews.com/2014/11/canada-aims-attract-285000-immigrants-2015-114047.html

What I can imply is starting Jan FSWP shuts and Express entry is the only way forward.

What is happening in CIC??
give valuable suggetions

Bro write to cio-sydney-search-enquiry @ cic.gc.ca to inquire about your application and expect a reply from them in about 45 days time.

Meanwhile check your application copy if you have missed something. In you find somthing is missing/ not as per the requirements better prepare for another application.

Good luck

I had applied for FSW (Federal skilled worker 2014) immigration and waiting for Medicals.

Unfortunately, I might have to travel to United States of America on H1b for 4-5 months on some work assignment. I wanted to know, Could I continue my visa process from United States too? I am very keen to migrate to Canada.

If yes, I will be very thankful to you if you can guide me or give me some link which can guide me. Or any alternative to handle this scenario.

Want to share good news and update forumites!!!!!!
:D :D :D
My Amex CC got charged at 8:17 PM IST. Was eagerly expecting to get the flash on my mobile and it happened today on 6th Nov. Glad I chose CC over DD.

My App received date: 22nd July 2014
NOC: 0121
VO: NDVO

Although I have updated my entry in the spreadsheet however App status by recd date page still shows 1 CC charged for July 22 whereas I can see 2 others with me in the FSW applicants page whom CC got charged on Nov 6 and have July 22 recd date.
smbody plz correct.
Hope to get further good news ;D

Congratulations!

Thanks for the reply. I heard SGVO is the slowest so might take 90 days for MR to come after PER?
The thing is this will be a major spine surgery though its recoverable. If it was just 45 days ill wait and do surgery after MR, but 90+ days would be too long to postpone.
request someone from SG VO applicant to pls reply based on exp.
my NOC is 2171

Congrats for your PER.

Your medicals might take another 45 days to receive at your end. Even after that they give you some time to get your medicals completed. In my opinion, you can get your surgery done and by the time you go for medicals, you will have almost recovered.
Also I dont think, slip disc can be reason for rejection as it is fully recoverable, It does not pose threat to other canadians and also won't be a burden to the Canadian Medical system as you will recover in 3 months time.

Since this is a sensitive subject, request if you can take view of others as well.
