Very very happy to inform you all that today my consultant had forwarded my MR/ PCC and RPF request.....I was really tensed n eagerly awaiting for this mail. Please find my details as below

Application Date - 21st May
NOC Code - 2173
PER date - 9th September
ECAS Second line updated on 5th November as "started processing from 31st October"

Application Received Date is 11th July.

Can someone tell me what is the next step and how long it might expect to take? The Excel sheet was spot-on in my case! PERS came exactly when expected.

Need to know the next few checkpoints and how much time they might take.

I've finally sent my application AGAIN to CIC and it was delivered on 5-Nov-2014 at 11:38AM signed by Mike!

Now the agonizing wait of yet another 90-100 days start :'( But keeping fingers crossed that this time my app might get through!

I got my application returned , should only focus on the highlighted

does this mean

I have to submit native language Birth Certificate & including original translation? (I did not submitted)

Actually,I have submitted under 18 registration for my both children

Also , why they said original for both dependent?


my NOC 2281 , is there any chance that i can re- submit my applications gain?

Sorry to know about your rejection. You need to submit original translation, copy of BC and preferably a translator affidavit (not to leave any scope).

Till what date will FSW keep accepting the applications? Till all NOC's are not filled or till Dec 31 2014 only.

What will happen if someone is asked for additional document and application is returned. Will he still have chance if he submits the additional documents asked.

I haven't received my PER yet for any application. I checked my junk mails but no luck.I had sent inquiry email on 5th Oct but no reply from CIC.

Very very tensed and worried.

FSW ends April 30, 2015
So even if ppl are asked to submit/missing/updated docs, it will still in ongoing process if applied before April 30, 2015. & also depends on the NOC if not reached to its caps

Only one affidavit for all translations is OK or separate affidavit for each translation is needed?
