Sorry to know about your rejection. You need to submit original translation, copy of BC and preferably a translator affidavit (not to leave any scope).

Actually,I have submitted under 18 registration for my both children

Also , why they said original for both dependent?

The Translation has to be in original, that is what they are asking for.... so again you can file with original traslation copies...
I did the same for my wife in my application.....

Hi, 15 Aug Noc 0911.
Whether anyone recently got cc/dd charged despite submitting 10th marksheet having name, dob & one parent name.

I think nowadays CIO returning application simply if there is no BC despite having 10th mark sheet with above details.

Self & Children having BC. For spouse submitted 10th mark sheet, degree TC & PAN card having all above details..

Pls give feedback. In fear. Sent inquiry mail on 8th Oct only.

10th certificate with details mentioned by you is accepted in lieu of BC. Stay positive, you will get positive news soon

Very very happy to inform you all that today my consultant had forwarded my MR/ PCC and RPF request.....I was really tensed n eagerly awaiting for this mail. Please find my details as below

Application Date - 21st May
NOC Code - 2173
PER date - 9th September
ECAS Second line updated on 5th November as "started processing from 31st October"

I applied in person, they said 10-15 Business Days. Did you receive it in 3 days?

Got it in 10 business days (by USPS-mail).
They promptly called my home that it was approved.
Also DO specify in the form the purpose for the PCC/. They need to know "why you need the PCC".
