It is INR 26700 per person so for 2 person it should be INR 53400..
May be I am wrong.

Then in that case do it from Gujrat if you have proof of residence like Voter ID of Gujrat, that will be enough.

I have got PER on 23rd OCT 2014 when shall I expect my docs verification in my office if any. Do they verify the Employment details and bank balance in Bank and my office with HR head. Shall i inform my HR , if needed I shall inform my HR, but do not want to inform them as it might have bad impact on my promotion due in some near future.my VO is NDVO.

SORRY RE-POSTING AGAIN! REALLY NEED HELP!

Hello fellow forum members, I have a quick question with regards to arranged employment.

I have a company which has released an offer to me to support my application for FSW for NOC 2172. Now is it an absolute mandate to have the LMIA certificate or can I apply with just the offer letter as proof of arranged employment? I guess not but just wanted to confirm from the experienced members here.

My application was received on July3rd, 2014. The payment method is through credit card, I have given my friends HDFC credit card details. I believe i have submitted all the necessary documents including PCC, proof of fund, birth certificate, previous and present company letters, wes, educational details, self affidavit and declarations.

But i am very tensed now, because they haven't charged me till now. Have any got charged through HFDFC cc, Is there a problem with HDFC cc.
I find some applicants on July 3rd and after that has got charged and they have received their PER too..

What do u all think, will there be a problem with my application
any suggestions regarding my post will be helpful and can ease my tension

Look if its genuine you don't need to. Because they'll call your reference and upon site visit will enquire with people who work there like security guards and receptionist and neighboring stores / workplaces. If you are genuine you dont have to. At the worst they'll Call your company and ask HR. Even then your HR cannot say you dont work. In case they give out misleading info they'll be in trouble because you can sue them for giving wrong info.

They can either say that they can't give out any employee info or have to give out right info.

Hi CanOI, Which spreadsheet were you referring .. ? Where is the cc charges checked ? Can you please tell me how is it calculated...?
I need to do it for 2173 - Urgently.

You can see all the timelines in the SS that is present in the signature of my post. Current timelines show alteast 90 days for completeness check to finish and 100-120 days for Payment charging and eligibilty review. So if u apply for 2173, and per say the cap fills up some way in between ur 90 day wait period, ur application may be rejected and sent back. Am not sure what the process is in this scenario. You have nothing to loose if you apply apart from time and courier charges. If you have 2 IELTS reports and 2 Education evaluation, u can try ur luck at 2172 and also for EE when it opens. My 2 cents for u is that 2173 is a lost cause. Just wait for a few days when the caps might be updated which is being done after 3 weeks. People are expecting the Hot NOCs like 2173 fill up. All the best!
