Hi All

My application was received on July3rd, 2014. The payment method is through credit card, I have given my friends HDFC credit card details. I believe i have submitted all the necessary documents including PCC, proof of fund, birth certificate, previous and present company letters, wes, educational details, self affidavit and declarations.

But i am very tensed now, because they haven't charged me till now. Have any got charged through HFDFC cc, Is there a problem with HDFC cc.
I find some applicants on July 3rd and after that has got charged and they have received their PER too..

What do u all think, will there be a problem with my application
any suggestions regarding my post will be helpful and can ease my tension

The cc needs to be international enabled. Ask ur friend whether his cc is international enabled or not..if not then do call at cutomer care and get the needful done.

SORRY RE-POSTING AGAIN! REALLY NEED HELP!

Hello fellow forum members, I have a quick question with regards to arranged employment.

I have a company which has released an offer to me to support my application for FSW for NOC 2172. Now is it an absolute mandate to have the LMIA certificate or can I apply with just the offer letter as proof of arranged employment? I guess not but just wanted to confirm from the experienced members here.

I am almost sure that you need LMO/LMIA to apply with a Job Offer. Better to get a second opinion as well.

I think u r right, NDVO really want to see, if some one is approaching them or not, then they might start shooting the pendings

This time i will ram down their doors!!!
With a buldozer (JK) and sit with them until they start working on my case!

If required i will take my company owner with me and make him sign in front of them and even the police to say i have no issues. I will even take the doctors with me! and all originals and bang it on their desk

Then lets see what they have to say regarding BG checks .

Just make sure that they don't take it as malafide attack and start shredding the papers/applications. its an SOP at embassies.

This time i will ram down their doors!!!

I am July 3rd applicant of NOC 2173. The CC has not charged yet. I am one of unlucky person in 17 out of 51. Can I still keep hope or expect the return of package?

"Residents of Victoria must submit a Licence History Search which goes back to their 18th birthday or the day on which their first Australian driver's licence was issued. "

I stayed there... I have learner permit...


But in NDVO email they have asked for PCC . They have not specified for Traffic History


Do I have to submit?

I would want to do it from Gujarat... As all my address proof documents are from Gujarat.... I have no address proof of Mumbai except rent agreement..... But i need to state that i reside in Mumbai as i have a job in hand and the company is based in Mumbai..... :'(

You can use rental agreement as address proof. Passport Seva Kendras are accepting rental agreements as proof now.

Since you are staying in Mumbai from some time now, I assume you would have filed Income Tax using the mumbai address. You can also use that as address proof.

I used HDFC bank statement + rental agreement and got PCC from Police Commissioner's office (Bangalore). Got it in 7 days. Consultant suggested to get PCC from PSK, so applied in PSK.
I used IT return as address proof and got PCC from PSK (Bangalore). Got it in 5 days.
