When we say latest DD encashed is 11th July. Does it mean that communication email has been received today or, DD got encashed today (i.e. checked with the bank)?

Can seniors confirm please?

It can be both depends on the source if information. You will always find mismatch of encashment dates which banks tell you and cio confirms

I need your advice

I have sent my application under NOC 2133 Electrical and Electronics Engineering. In my application package I had sent 2 fee payment forms to be on the safer side. The credit card on one of the forms is blocked, as it was my brothers card which is lost.The other card is working perfectly well.

Should I be worried??

Is there anything I can do to make this right?

Sorry for being skeptical, but are you sure? How could they Jump from 21 or 22 July to charge a 4 August applicant?
Seems a bit strange and unlikely!

Need a suggestion. I think it's already late for me this year and I am planning to have my docs ready for next year (EE whenever it kicks in).

Has anyone in India requested ECA with 'Standard mail via Canada post' option? How much longer does it take compared to International Courier ($85) option? I will be ok if it only takes a week or two extra.

Completeness check is done for August. But you stay positive it is not the right time to think about rejection. No newsis good news. CIO is charging july. Stay positive and pray hard
