Dear, you will get PER email soon, once your case is transferred @ VO, and at VO stage you need to update them with a new member in you family.
But looking to your CC date - it seems by another week, you will get PER,
approx 45-55 days for MR, which is the stage at VO, you need to inform them atleast by a cover letter or so. as 5-6 months seems little far.

thanks a lot palakpatel911,,,,, that was very helpful

ANSWER TO MY SATISFACTION [flash=200,200][/flash]

I did the same mistake. But the application was accepted. Check with your courier tracking when and by whom was the package received. Enroll yourself with the spreadsheet on this forum. On the enrollment form, I am sure you will find the name of the person who received the package as one of the inputs that you need to provide. These are all CIC staff incharge of receiving applications. If your package received person is in the list, rest assured, ur application is in contention. All thes best!

I mistakenly sent my application to P.O Box address that reached there on 11th Sep 2014, and this act of mine kept me depressed for ages. However to get an inquiry about the issue, I emailed Sydney office asking what could be done to have an idea about my application that whether that was received by the right hand or lost somewhere. I received their reply last week that looks like this:

Good morning:

As of the date of this email, I can find no record of your application in our database. It may be in the queue for initial processing. You may wish to submit a status inquiry in 2-3 weeks, and a further search can be conducted.

You have to send the info to the local office when the baby is born.
so don't do anything now and wait for you new baby. Early congrat for your charge and baby.

Dear Ibrahim, As long as the application is sent to Courier or Regular Mail address, there is nothing to worry. Completeness check is the first time, when the package gets picked up after receipt. This is currently on for end August, early september. Since you sent email slightly ahead of this time, they have advised you to check back after three weeks...had you sent your email 10 days later to the day you sent..you timing would have been perfect. Now sending the email will have no much gain, as it will take another 30-45 days for revert. No worries..I am sure your app is with CIC. You will get some good news in another 30 days time..maybe 1 day after mine! 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) All the best!

1. Yes, you should start now
2. The time is calculated once you receive the Medical request. It is 45 days from the day you receive medical and RPRF request
3. With the current processing time , you can consider 16 weeks once your application has reached FBI. For me its already 12 weeks and my application is still in process. And then it will take 10-15 days for mail to reach you.
4. Yes it is expensive as paid 3500 in Delhi. But if ur CC is charged then proceed with US PCC as it will take lot of time. I had to ask for extension from NDVO to submit my US PCC

Many thanks for the guidance . I will get to work on my PCC.

IBRAHIM

I has sent it to PO BOX too. It was in May, and I was fine .. So dont worry.

Your application is surely reached, and is under or waiting for completeness check as mentioned by someone based on timeline..
