Hello All

I had already received my PER and now waiting for file to move further. I would like to know few more things:

1) I had already submitted mine and my spouse PCC at the time of submitting my application. Do I need to submit it again?

2) Is anyone from this year Federal skill applications received verification call for work experience. If yes plz share what has been asked?

3) What kinds of checks will be done at local VO office?

Yes it is valid. generally they only have 2 requirements:
1. PCC should not be more than 3 months older than when you submit original application. so i guess you are good since you have already submitted application.
2. sometimes they want PCC to be no older than 1 year when they look at it. so if you get PCC now, only case it might be an issue if they request your PCC in 2015 december.

No more updating so far.

Will they update my status if VO ( Colombo ) received my application?

Is medical request come through post or Email?

Guys!!

I had done my medicals on 18th October in Bangalore(NDVO). It has been 2 weeks now but my ECAS status is not updated to say "Medicals Received". Is there anybody who is in the same situation. I have seen the spread sheet but the ECAS status is not updated to reflect current status I believe. Can seniors throw some light?

All the best for the guys waiting for PER/Medicals and PPR.

One of my friend did his medicals on 19th october in ahmedabad (NDVO), his ECAS also not updated yet for medicals.
i did my medicals from Doha, Qatar on 19th oct and ECAS updated after 8 days..FYI

I have usually seen along wid MR request VO ask for RPRF and PCC. Any other thing dey can ask after background verification??

A friend of mine was also asked to give the proof of funds letter from the bank again as well

Asked this question yesterday also but no one replied... I had messaged my consultant asking about MR approx time... he replied I should not expect anything till November 2015...
How far is it true?

I think you have paid him fully/hardly anything left for his interest, or he is sure, he is no more going to get anything from you..! lol.

Jokes apart, based on the report here by forum members, for FSW2014, after PER, it is about 50 days. All the best!

Medical Request will come through email that you provided in your application. I suppose you received the PER in same manner.
About acknowledgment, i am not sure if Colombo informs or not, so you might directly get the MR request supposedly in 30-45 days from the receipt of your PER

Wait for communication from VO if they require fresh PCC they will inform your if they do not they your PCC are considered...

No body till know have received verification calls in my knowledge, they generaly go thru the documents you have provided for your Work experience, if they find something not satisfactory or need more information they first contact applicant if they are still not satisfied they contact your employers...which is very very rare...

So dont worry....Best of Luck....

From which hospital in Ahmedabad got his/her medicals done, please can you let know...
i would suggest your friend should go to the hospital where he/she got their medicals done and inquire whethere they have update medicals results and reports to NDVO, it they have updated the wait for some time you will surely get updated on ECAS.....Thanks
