I interpret "IF AVAILABLE" as "IF THE INSTITUTION ISSUES IT" because they are always available if you apply for them...

Anyways, you have shared the exact wordings so let the person interpret it himself... Nothing personal here bro...

After reading various replies and looking at spreadsheet, my analysis is, if you paid via DD, then you should receive the PER 3 months and 25 days after your application was received (happened with me too!) But if you are paying via CC, it should take slightly less, maybe a week earlier.

Of course, if your occupation is NOT CAPPED meanwhile..

Yes it does. The 2013 winter was extreme and set a new benchmark.

Does it feel cold indoors too? I mean are heating systems able to produce enough heat to live comfortably during brutal weather?
And do people still travel around and live normal life? I know in London things come to a halt as soon as it snows 2-3 inch. Even Heathrow shuts operation after couple of inches of snow.

Yes you are right it is mentioned clearly IF AVAILABLE for transcripts..... it means its not mandatory .........

Nothing will act as negative as long as you are truthful and explain it properly in your cover letter. If you forgot to add in your initial application, just admit your mistake and politely ask them to consider the additional documents...

Its a COPY of the original BC

COPY needs to be provided.

July 16 applicant still waiting for DD charge but I have a question for a friend.
LVO sent medical and RPRF request with option to pay online, but no instructions.

Anyone paid their RPRF online please advise how to do so.
