Dear All,

I am a May 30th applicant and my visa office is CPC-Ottawa. I received my PER e-mail on September 24th, 2014. I have been going over the 2014 Spreadsheet and did not see any CPC-Ottawa applicants under "Processing" color code. Can someone please confirm if, CPC-Ottawa does not update ECAS line. My status update shows, "We have received your application on May 30th, 2014".

"Schedule 3: Economic Classes – Federal Skilled Worker Class (IMM 0008-Schedule 3)" I have a query.

1. Under Q.12 (b) Do we put our job titles in there under 'Occupation'.

2. Also I've a total of 2.4 (1.6 + 10 months) years of experience. Now, the form has 'check boxes' for 1 yr, 2-3 yr, 4-5 yr and so on. Now how do I show the 10 months. Also, another exp is of 1 yr 6 months. How do I show these fractional experiences?

3. What do I write under 'main duties'. Ther isn't too much of a space.

1. I suggest your job title and the title of the NOC. For example: "Manager/Financial Analyst" for 1112. If insufficient space write it in or abbreviate.

2. For less than 1 year click 1 year. for 1 yr 6 mo click 1 year.

3. Summarize the contents of your reference letters.

My application reached on 12th Aug (cc charged on 10th Sep) and tomorrow it will be 12 weeks. I called up FBI customer care and my application is still in process. Right now they are processing 8th Aug applications. So they asked me to call back on Thursday and check the status again. So it is taking more than 12 weeks to process and it may get further delayed.

Its better to write to CIC to get some extension for submitting US PCC. I had written a mail to NDVO and they gave me extension of 20 days.

I just called the FBI Customer Service which handles the PCC aspect of the Bureau.
I was told to wait till December 3 (12 weeks after the application is received - Sept 15). It seems like CC charge does not matter.
As a public service - heres the number for FBI +1 (304) 625-5590. Press 1,2,1,3 to get to a representative directly.

IT means Medical results is clear & is approved. If its not approved or still under review then ECAS wont show that status,.
