if there is an interview, will it be requested before or after this line appears: we started processing your application on xxx in ECAS?

I thought should be after seeing this line, but according to Step by Step Processing of FSW Application By CIO and VO this line only appears after interview and a positive selection decision is made :

If the applicant pass the interview and got Positive selection decision from VO we can read following line on our ECAS

Day light savings ended yesterday post which CIC will start working only by 6PM IST. Given that CIC normal office hours are 8:30 am to 4.30 pm

My Application dated 13-May-2014 - has been returned stating that my duties dint match NOC 2173.

now I would like to apply under 2172 making simple changes to my duties in my reference letters.

would my old reference letter duties and responsibilites would be matched by CIC??

Please confirm ASAP.

After sending the application, what is the first communication that is recieved from CIC amd from which mail id...

First communication is PER mail from centralized-intake-office @ cic.gc.ca (consider it without spaces around @)

Hey trk!

Went through your predictions now. They give me some hope as I will file my application this week either in 1112 or 2171 - and according to your predictions, both haven't been capped until now. Still, I believe 1112 would be a big big bet but given a chance, I would have go ahead with it as it is my current job. But i don't think it makes a difference as long as I have a year of exp in both. Eagerly waiting for predictions by @ ksa0510 & of course, cap update by CIC.

(Update: They were technically mapping to End July applications..since you are going to apply now in November, add additional 50 apps per week average on the upper side and 25 apps per week on the lower side and you can better judge your chances!)

My consultant strictly informed me that, I should not send any mail to the CIC regarding the status of my app. Also when I went through this forum, I found many people suggested not to enquiry the CIC about the status of the app before getting PER.

Can anyone explain why? ???

Perhaps because your package is still lying on a shelf collecting dust and waiting to be reviewed and entered in the system. It still doesn't have a UCI or other reference numbers assigned and cannot be found with ease My application was received on 21July2014 and it's really too early to bother them with any requests.

An update -

Medical results received today by CIC. Got one month to submit RPRF, FBI and Indian PCC.

Both these PCC's are taking loads of time. Indian PCC is now with police verification, and they are working in a standard "Indian System" mode. FBI PCC is going down the hill - no news, no update. Even August applicants are waiting. Would that lead to rejection if I send an explanation about the delay?

For FBI:
Since you are here in the US, even regular mail should reach you in a week.
My application reached WV on September 15 and was charged on Oct 8. I have calculated that I should receive it by the third week of Nov. CPC-O did not ask for my PCC so I am not as concerned.

However, failing to remain in the due date allowed by VO can lead to rejection UNLESS you send an explanation about the delay.
Try to get correspondence from FBI about the delay or give a screenshot from their website about their IT issue to CPC-O.

NO.. She has not given IELTS.. NO points of Her i am claming...
She wont agree for medicals i have tried my best.. relationship is not going good..
