@ ROMANSPB i sort of disagree on the no UCI part, i agree on every other part, they have a UCI number already. am a 30th july received applicant and i was able to get my UCI from CIC on phone. like she said, UCI was created on 14th October, so anyone before 30th July definitely have a UCI number. all the best to everyone.

But, @ dadabigboy - Probably your UCI was created through the EARLIER applied program...? Can you confirm that you have never traveled on any other visa or applied for any PNP program and never got the initial step cleared before this. Thanks for the update!

two reason from my point of view

1) people said this because if you know your status otherwise if u have your file process within normal time then its not require to send inquirey without any change in your status like address, job profile change or forgot to send any docs

2) second reason is from consltant point of view because they dont want you to contact cic without their permisson because you might remove your representative from your file and that create problem for them

Thanks for the info mate. But they are not representing me and I only filled my forms and mailed to the CIC.

I really feel bad for wasting a huge amount to consultant. They just guided me on how to fill the application forms like you guys do. Anyway, I will be happy if everything goes positive in the process.

Well to the both of you, my application was received on 30th July and i contacted CIC, the lady was nice to give me my UCI number, which actually doesnt mean anything, but to say the file is gathering dust? naaah i dont think so. someone is attneding to your files already, matter of fact you both have UCI numbers already. just keep your fingers crossed. and lets all hope for the best.

To answer your question? NO!!!!! i have a pending quebec skilled worker application actually, but quebec skilled worker and federal skilled dont interface until you get to the federal stage. so the answer to your question is NO!. and i have travelled to canada on any other visa

U can convince her abt the benefits, specially around visa free entry (for vacations) in 70% of the world after staying first 45 days (i.e. getting PR card).

NO.. She has not given IELTS.. NO points of Her i am claming...
She wont agree for medicals i have tried my best.. relationship is not going good..
